Pet Policy

Service dogs are always welcome at no charge.

• Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in any of our public places, including dining and drinking areas.
• For your pet's safety, we require pets not to be left unattended in the guest rooms.
• Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest.

Fees:
£45 per dog / night

Weight Limits:
Only dogs weighing under 25 kg are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a suite, provided combined weight is under 50 kg.

VAT Policy

Rates are inclusive of the current UK hospitality rate of VAT (value added tax).

Accommodation Service Charge Policy

Please note, a discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to your accommodation bill.

Rooms Policy

Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and is subject to adult pricing. 

Rollaway beds are provided upon request, subject to availability and an extra charge will apply.
