Pet Policy

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill does not permit pets, with the exception of service animals.

Rooms Policy

Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and is subject to adult pricing. King/Twin rooms accommodate maximum two occupants (children/infants included) and do not accommodate rollaway beds. All other rooms and suites – with the exception of The Churchill Residential Suite - accommodate maximum three occupants (children/infants included). Rollaway beds are provided on request, subject to availability (please note KING/TWIN rooms cannot accommodate requests for rollaway beds. Connecting options are only available for Regency Executive Suite, Club View and View Rooms. In order to confirm connecting rooms, please contact the hotel directly.

REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN:

Credit card, debit card or cash deposit for incidental charges

Government-issued photo ID

Minimum check-in age is 18

ROOM ACCESS:

Please note that for safety reasons, we do not allow external food delivery providers to access guest room floors. Staff members are not able to deliver food purchased externally to the rooms either. Deliveries may be picked up from our Ground Floor.

VAT Policy

Rates are inclusive of 20% VAT (Value Added Tax).

Service Charge Policy

Please note that a discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to your Accommodation bill.
