This was my first trip to Kentucky, and the Hyatt Regency Lexington made it a memorable one! The front desk staff couldn’t have been friendlier — they greeted me like an old friend and made me feel so welcome right from the start. My room was just what I hoped for: clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax after a busy day. I was there for a conference and the connector that they have made it very easy to get over to the convention center when it was very hot out. I had a couple of meals at the on-site restaurant, and the food was really good. My only tiny gripe? No place to grab a latte in the morning — but that’s hardly a dealbreaker. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Lexington!

The hotel location is great if you have a conferences or event at the Rupp center. The hotel as a whole is dated and dark. The room was clean but average, the bathroom is small so if you are staying with a family or friends, only one person can fit at a time. I wouldn't recommend getting the breakfast, it's convenient but pricey for what you get. The location is really what you are paying for.

The room had a bad/musty smell that hit you in the face once you open the door. I will not stay at this hotel again. The a/c was not working properly either.

Hotel room was dirty, stains on the headboard and paint/wallpaper dripping off the wall. Food at restaurant was sub par. Definitely not worth the money paid.

Large hotel with decent amenities and convenient to Hilton and Central Bank as well as downtown. Clean room and bathroom. Wonderful sleep on their bedding and soft pillows. Coffee maker, mini fridge and large TV in room as well as laptop safe, iron & ironing board in closet. Great shower with strong water pressure.

Great hotel - good food. Convenient and walkable to other venues and restaurants. Rooms were clean and large. Bathrooms were very nice as well.

I appreciate a good bed. Mattress firm which is my preference but also obviously on the new side. Great blankets. Temp easy to control and room stayed really cool no matter the hot outside temps. Room was clean, staff was friendly, towels soft but best is the restaurant. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Easy walkway to Rupp is excellent bonus.

Worst hotel experience ever! Would only give us 1 key for our room and you needed a key to access the elevator, pool, and lobby restrooms. It was a nightmare trying to figure out who should take the key when we split up. Power went out in bathroom and entryway. We ran out of toilet paper and when I called for more I was told we only got 1 roll per stay! It wasn’t even a full roll when we checked in 2 days prior. Front desk told me I could come get a roll if I really needed it but the person with the key for our room was already gone so I had no way to get back in my room if I left. I explained this to front desk and was told she didn’t have time to listen to me complain because she had a line and hung up on me.

Housekeeping experience was subpar. Staff was not as professional as we thought and couldn't help with transactions.

Great location for watching the fireworks in the city and walking to several restaurants. Very nice indoor pool which was open early in the morning.
