Hotel Fee Policy

Rates quotes are subject to 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). Tourism tax (MYR 10 per room) will be imposed on all foreign guests as mandated by the government of Malaysia.

Check-in Policy

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guests are required to present a valid physical copy of a government-issued identification or passport during check-in.

Smoking Policy

The hotel is a non-smoking hotel and prohibits smoking in all guest rooms, events venues, restaurants and public areas. Designated smoking zones are available outside the hotel. The hotel will apply a MYR 2,000 cleaning fee on rooms that violates the smoking policy. 

Pet Policy
