The Hyatt Regency Kuantan is perfect for a beach holiday. Comfortable, excellent service, glorious sunrise! The F&B outlets serve a good variety of food and drinks. The quick response on the Hotel helpline is much appreciated.

The seaview room was superb! Front desk is helpful! Beach is clean! I wasnt expected to have a centre seaview and high floor but Mr Muhammad made this for me! Thumbs up

Very nice hotel and nice beach..we enjoin our stay in hotel.The hotel near to beach.The pool is awesome,kids enjoin a lot. We will back again for next holiday.

Great stay and beach, satisfactory meals and pool. Some accomodation buildings are distance apart (300 feets) from main building but is ok.

The Hyatt Kuantan consistently delivers what it promises. A nice experience right by the beach in comfortable rooms. Staff are always friendly and as reasonably regular visitors we are never disappointed.

Got a raw deal. For the amount I paid expect breakfast but was not included. It was my birthday and I feel cheated and disappointed. On top of that check in time late 4pm. Absurd!

Great experience. Breakfast was good, beds were lovely to sleep on. Room was rather dated but you could see that some parts were upgraded. The two pools were rather small for the number of guests using.

It is a pleasure stay as usual. Kid can get his fun at the beach and swimming pool and adults can chill and relax. Overall resort is chill.

Probably one of the best beach hotel in Kuantan. Plenty of food options at the hotel and nearby. Night activities at the public beach during weekend was great. Wonderful breakfast spread. Rooms a bit small and hotel is somewhat dated but it’s ok. Great customer service across. Kids had fun. We even extended our stay twice.

Birthday treat at Hyatt. It was a trip planned by our children for my wife's birthday. It was the first time we stayed at Hyatt Telok Cempedak, and it was a good experience for us.
