The Hyatt Regency Coralville culinary team uses fresh and local ingredients to prepare special wedding-day meals. Our dedicated event managers will arrange tastings and collaborate with couples to create a menu that matches the wedding vision. Couples can select from traditional catering menus and packages or work with our chef to create a custom meal that meets dietary or budgetary needs. Our catering and bar services include: Buffet, plated and station meals, tastings, cocktail receptions, desserts, hors d’ oeuvres, bartenders, Champagne toasts, signature drinks, and house beer, liquor and wine.
