Pet Policy

Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center is pleased to be a pet-friendly hotel. Inform us that you will be bringing your dog with you at least three days prior to your arrival by calling +1 703 893 123

Fees

1-6 nights: the fee is $100, whether a 1 night or 6 nights stay.

7-30 nights: the fee is $100 plus an additional deep cleaning fee of $100.

If a guest stays 1 – 30 nights, the total fee is $200. $100 for the first 6 nights, and a $100 deep cleaning fee for a 7 to 30 night stay.

 30+ nights: fee is based on hotel’s discretion. 

Weight limits:

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom, provided that the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds. The fee encompasses this and pets exceeding are at hotels discretion. 

 *We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Check-In Policy

Check in begins at 4:00PM and check out is at 11:00AM. Guests checking in to the hotel must be 21 years of age or older.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check in. It will be authorized for $50 per night for incidentals. A debit card may be used, but please be aware that funds will be physically held by your bank. The hotel releases these funds at check out, but it may take your bank 3-5 business days to finalize the release.

Rollaway Beds Policy

Rollaway beds are available complimentary on a first come, first served basis. Rollaway beds are only allowed in King bed rooms.

Package Handling Fee

There is a $12 per package handling fee.
