Pet Policy
Only dogs are allowed to accompany you to the facilities; please do not bring in any other pet. Only dogs are weighing 15 kilograms (33 pounds) and under are permitted. One dog per room is allowed. A cleaning fee of RMB 500 per room will be charged per stay.
- Please submit, at check-in, a photocopy of a written certificate for immunization against rabies, which proves that dog has been immunized more than two weeks ago but less than one year ago.
- Please note that female dogs are prohibited from staying overnight at our hotel during the period of heat (four weeks after of the start of the menstrual cycle) and/or pregnancy.
- Please also note that a dog may be asked to refrain from staying at our hotel if it carries the risk of causing tremendous inconvenience to other dogs.
- You are responsible for preventing your dog from damaging the building, furniture, fixtures, equipment, plants and other items in and around the hotel. If your dog breaks or damages any of these items, you must cover the damage costs.
- Please refrain from trimming or brushing your dog’s hair in any place other than the indoor feet washing area. Any dog hair or other debris that results from such acts must be cleaned up afterward.
- You must leash you dog so as not to inconvenience other guests or people nearby. You are responsible for picking up your pet’s waste.
- Please refrain to bring your dog to the gym, swimming pool, restaurants and hotel event areas.
- Please look after your dog as your private asset, for any case of missing or losing, hotel would not be taking any responsibility for this.
Rules for Dog-Friendly Room
- Do not use the bathroom in the guest room for shampooing or washing a dog.
- Do not let the dog sleep in the hotel bedding.
- When returning to your room from outside, such as from a walk, the dog should have its feet cleaned in the designated area set up inside the room.
- Please contact the Housekeeping Department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your room as no attempt may be made to enter if there is a dog in the room unless the owner is present. The guest (dog owner) should be in the room or leave with the dog when the room is cleaned.

Disposable Guest Amenities
As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in.
Bottled Water
To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
