The hotel was absolutely beautiful and is in prime location. Super safe and beautiful shops, restaurants, environment directly outside the hotel. Staff were friendly and respectful. Everything was super clean. The club breakfast option is recommended as the breakfast was beautiful with lots of healthy and delicious options.

Very central and convenient. Great, spacious rooms with large gym and clean pool area. The executive lounge was great, there's food and drinks available most hours of the day.

Location was perfect, a ton of restaurants, shopping, near the new hospital, movie theater. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, delicious food at the restaurant if you choose to eat at the Hyatt. If you have mobility issues this is super convenient not only at the Hyatt but as well as the shopping mall. Very quiet, comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. Complimentary coffee was delicious!

The employee at the front desk was extremely not friendly at all,and never welcomed me by my globalist status,I have to spend 20 minutes of my time to explain of upgrade it was extremely difficult check in. And not friendly at all

Overall great experience w.r.t food, staff & service however missed having a ironing stand and iron in the room. Also the temperature control in the shower is very poor(too hot or too cold)

Recently stay here for a wedding. Everything was perfect. This Hotel was modern and clean. Rooms were excellent. And the staff from check in to Housekeeping were great and friendly. Overall, this trip was perfect.

I wish I could effectively express how disappointed I am in this situation and this Hyatt property. This was my second visit to this property and both times were horrible. I could not wait to leave. And the glue smell from the work on the room next door, gave us headaches. I believe that they have a problem with the our community as they treated my husband and I without respect. I will never return to this property again!

This is a fine hotel! Centrally located with terrific restaurants all around as well as nice shopping as there is a nearby mall. Not exactly local stores , as I saw a HM yet if you need an outfit, shoes, everything is right here. The rooms were very nice! Comfy bed, mini bar. We were on the 9th floor- had a nice view. Very nice shower and the motion lights that came on if you use restroom in middle of night were helpful as you don’t need to light up entire room. Bar served superb margaritas and guacamole. Their breakfast buffet was plentiful and a variety. The best fresh fruit !Staff on ALL levels were very accommodating. I’d stay here again and again!

If you want a beautiful experience in Guadalajara, the Hyatt Regency is the place to stay. Its location is ideal, offering a variety of shopping and wonderful restaurant options. The hospitality and service are among the highest I have received around the world. Such nice welcoming people. Honestly, such a lovely surprise. Will be back!

My stay at Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara in April 2026 was excellent. I traveled for a friend’s wedding, and the hotel consistently delivered a high level of service and quality that made the trip both productive and enjoyable. The location is outstanding, with convenient access to some of the best restaurants and shopping in the Andares area, it is a perfect setting whether you are traveling for business or leisure. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable, providing a quiet environment to unwind after a long day, cleanliness across the hotel was clearly a priority, and everything felt well cared for. The service truly stood out, staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to help, this level of hospitality made a noticeable difference throughout my stay. I also had the opportunity to dine at Cassola, where both the food quality and presentation were excellent, complemented by great service. In terms of value, the overall experience aligns well with expectations for a property of this caliber, one area for improvement would be offering business center access as a standard amenity for Hyatt members, as this would further enhance the experience for business travelers. Overall, a very strong stay, and I would definitely return on future visits to Guadalajara.

Beautiful Hotel, with great service, comfortable room and close to great shopping and dining. We took advantage of the Regency Club, which provided breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks and happy hour.

Incredible experience attending with friends for a wedding. I can't wait to come back! The hotel was clean and smelled amazing! The staff was very friendly and the location was prime. We were able to walk to some of the most amazing resturants.

My stay at Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was attentive and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, which immediately sets the tone for a comfortable stay. The ambiance throughout the property is elegant yet relaxing, with lovely spaces to enjoy a drink or simply unwind. The gym is modern and very well equipped, and the pool area is inviting and peaceful — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

What a wonderful hotel situated in the middle of a shopping center with tons of food and shopping all around. Fantastic room and great service!

Hotel was very nice in a great location. A lot of restaurants and malls. Good for kids as well club lounge exceeded my expectations. Will be back
