Offer valid for qualifying contracts entered into by December 31, 2026 for Qualifying Events booked at participating Hyatt hotels or resorts and actualized by March 31, 2027. Offer code “HYGROUP-26” must be disclosed during initial inquiry and included in a signed contract. Offer is an invitation to negotiate a contract and is only available if the Individual Planner requests the Offer and the hotel confirms its availability. All details relating to the Qualifying Event (including the guest room bookings) are subject to the contract terms, which override any terms set forth in this Offer. A Qualifying Event and other defined terms herein shall have the meaning described to them in the World of Hyatt program terms available at Hyatt.com/terms. With this Offer, Individual Planners may qualify for up to four (4) benefits based on contracted revenue for each Qualifying Event. The number of benefits a Planner qualifies for is based on the contracted revenue for the Qualifying Event, and the benefits must be chosen at the time of contracting. Hotel has no obligation to provide the chosen benefits if the actualized revenue from the Qualifying Event is lower than the contracted amount and the Individual Planner would otherwise no longer qualify for the benefit. Benefit qualifications are as follows:

$5,000 - $24,999 USD in contracted revenue = 1 perk
$25,000 - $49,999 USD in contracted revenue = 2 perks
$50,000 - $99,999 USD in contracted revenue = 3 perks
$100,000 USD or more in contracted revenue = 4 perks

If the rebate benefit is offered and selected as one of the promotion offerings, it will be a percentage rebate based on all eligible charges, which vary by hotel and could exclude alcoholic beverages, applicable taxes, service or incidental charges, mandatory resort fees, gratuity, specialty restaurants, room service, or venues or services operated by third-party vendors. The rebate amount is returned to purchaser after the Qualifying Event is actualized and full payment has been received by the participating hotel. World of Hyatt points (if applicable) will not be earned for the rebate amount. Benefits including complimentary suite upgrade(s), complimentary Wi-Fi in meeting room(s), and complimentary group wellbeing experience or amenity, vary by hotel and are subject to availability. AV discount percentages to be established based on overall meeting revenue and availability of equipment, as determined by participating hotels.

If World of Hyatt points award is offered and selected as one of the promotion offerings, all points awarded under this offer are Bonus Points. Individual Planner must be a World of Hyatt member and provide their membership number at the time of contracting. World of Hyatt Points have no monetary value. Please allow two to four weeks after event bill is paid for Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account.
