Great experience and the best Hyatt Regency lounge in China
I’ve stayed at the Tianjin Hyatt every summer for the past few years, and it never fails to impress. The level of service remains consistently high—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of dining options and the warm hospitality from every staff member. What makes each visit even more special is the personal touch. The lounge staff always recognize me and greet me like an old friend, making me feel right at home. I’d especially like to thank Victoria from the lounge, who went out of her way to ensure I had a comfortable and personalized stay. Her attentiveness and genuine warmth truly elevated my experience. Hyatt continues to deliver excellence, and I look forward to returning again next summer.

Happy and enjoyable stay
On the first day of our stay, we consulted the Hyatt Club Lounge staff due to temperature setting issues. The manager was very patient in helping us find a better floor. The front desk also helped me print and copy some work notes. In addition the morning breakfast is very enjoyable!

Excellent service
I have excellent experience with staying at Hyatt. All the staff are polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was very considerate and professional.

Great Value, best regency club
Kudos to Victoria and Sara!! The Lounge is really beyond my expectations. Not only enjoy the food & beverage, but also the outstanding service. The happy hour menu changes every day and keeps surprise me. The staff at lounge are kind and hospitable. They tried their best to address my business need promptly. In addition, the took good care of kid, my daughter really like to spend her time here. Best regency club I’ve ever been to.

Family vacation with one night stay at Hyatt Regency Tianjin East
My family stayed one night here after the ski holiday before fly back to home country. We booked two rooms, using my World of Hyatt membership rewards. It was one of the best decision to choose Hyatt Regency Tianjin East! The location is near to airport, even not at the center of Tianjin, but a quick walk outside can find a lot of food / shops. High floor view is also nice, even though it may not look that great for the street side when you walk in/out. Close by Metro, and actually we took the metro to airport and 1/5th of the cost of taxi, with no much of walk at all. The food is good too, even though don't have the chance to try the lunch/dinner menu, the buffet breakfast is pretty good and a lot of choices.

Nice Hotel, Highly recommadation!
The hotel location was great, parking free for in house guest. Pet friendly policy is nice! Breakfast was lovely and local food supply. All of the staff there was friendly and helpful! We do enjoy our stay in Tianjin East!

Pretty decent hotel. Not Amazing but good.
Staff were helpful. Hotel is not a WOW hotel, but it is a good Hotel, Good breakfast and fairly helpfull staff. As you can imagine the level of English spoken is minimal, with not all front staff speaking. Ironically more restaurant staff spoke english than the front desk staff.

Avoid exhibition period
Entire lobby is converted into an exhibition hall, noisy dirty and no safety measure for guest was in place at all! No prior reminder or information was made known during reservation or checkin. Poor sound insulation, could not sleep with the workers shouting and vehicle reversing alarm throughout the night !
