Aquib in the front desk gave early check in within a minute without even thinking twice, i was tired and exhausted with the long flight and the early check in which was given was very helpful. This hotel has the best hospitality, Thaha has also been helpful and humble throughout the stay. Thank you for another memorable stay team Hyatt.

Great experience and service... The food was excellent. The hotel staff were very attentive and helped a lot with our needs. Housekeeping was wonderful, as the rooms were always made up on time.

Had a wonder full time and the experience was too good, except for the crowded breakfast in a banquet hall with white table cloth and walking all the way to the other end even to get a refill of water / juice could have placed the food counter in the middle of the banquet hall

I am frequent at this hotel. Love the atmosphere. From great staff to food. The mall and the ice rink gives a freshness to the place.

Despite arriving late at night, the front desk team was excellent. Our stay was very enjoyable. There are numerous activities in and around the hotel, there is hardly enough time to partake in all of them. The entire team made us feel at home, they remembered minor details about us - such as my liking their "milk tea" at breakfast. Or my unusually early (04:30AM) workouts in the gym - or running in the scorching heat at 08:00AM.

The staff were excellent, The service was great. Exceeded my expectations. We arrived about 12 am with lots of luggage. It was a gentleman on duty who helped unload the luggage from the van onto his trolley and he delivered these to our room. He did this while we were checking in.

"Fantastic weekend stay! Super fast 2-minute check-in and an incredibly clean, quiet room on the 8th floor with a comfortable bed. Ideal location just a 5-minute walk to the bus station and local cafes. Would definitely recommend!"

Great place for a pleasant, and quick staycation that is best-value for your buck. Helpful and friendly hotel staff. Very proximate to important, cultural and historical places of Old Dubai like the Heritage Village, Gold Souk, Shindagha Creek, Al Seef and Port Rashid.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. This is a good option if you are traveling with children or if you intend to visit the Gold Soak.
