The Jade Ballroom can seat up to 280 guests for a banquet and is divisible into two separate rooms (189 square meters each) to host smaller meetings or events and can accommodate up to 340 people for cocktail receptions. The spacious pre-function area gives you the opportunity to extend your reception venue or for a customizable coffee break set-up.

The Topaz Ballroom boasts natural daylight and offers 210 square meters of flexible event space, accommodating up to 120 guests. It can be divided into two separate rooms of 104 square meters each, with each space hosting up to 60 guests. Suitable for a variety of seating styles, the ballroom adapts effortlessly to different event requirements.

Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha offers four additional meeting rooms, sized from 53 to 64 square meters. Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 can be connected to create a larger space of up to 118 square meters, comfortably hosting up to 60 guests. Meeting Rooms 3 and 4 may also be combined, offering 107 square meters of flexible event space with a maximum capacity of 70 guests. The design of these meeting rooms allows for a variety of event setups. Each space is multipurpose and includes a dedicated foyer area, ideal for receptions and coffee breaks.

Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha features three well-appointed boardrooms, each accommodating up to 15 guests in theatre-style seating. Designed for productivity and comfort, these versatile spaces are ideal for intimate meetings, focused presentations with business partners, and executive-level discussions.
