Grand Mesa Ballroom and Atrium

Warm colors and sparkling chandeliers lend warmth to this expansive space, creating an ideal setting for your most prestigious events. Orchestrate an industry trade show with 65 full-size exhibit booths. Ground-floor access to the ballroom makes it easy to bring in large displays and automobiles. Open a company conference with an extravagant sound and light show, taking full advantage of the overhead sound booth and lighting capabilities. Create a memorable gala for your attendees, with formal seating for up to 800 guests and receptions up to 1,000. The Grand Mesa Ballroom features a unique rectangular design, and is divisible into as many as seven sections to suit your needs during your event. Our bright and airy Atrium adjoins the Grand Mesa and serves as the perfect pre-function area, whether you require a continental breakfast buffet and registration table before your meeting, or pre-dinner cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

Wind River, Mesa Verde, Wind Star Rooms

This grouping of three similar rooms can easily be used singly or jointly. Each can accommodate a variety of settings, including breakout sessions in hollow-square format for 25 to 70 participants or division-planning meetings in a classroom setup for 24 to 100. Host your main meeting in the larger Mesa Verde, then host buffet luncheons or coffee breaks in the two adjoining rooms.
The Highlands Amphitheater
