Happy
Location to get to my surgery easily and have a nice place for family to wait for me to be great and ready to return home in Fort Collins Colorado!

Not Sure I’d Return
Little annoyances built up into an overall frustrating experience, but the biggest issue was the repeated lack of follow-through. I was initially told the airport shuttle would take about 15 minutes, but I was left waiting for over an hour. The explanation was that the driver had gone to pick up another guest who wasn't there. In the room, the body wash dispenser was defective and the phone did not work for four of my five days despite my asking for it to be repaired or replaced. A technician did come to the room, but the phone still wasn't fixed. Using my personal phone wasn't a great substitute because reaching the front desk involved going through prompts and waiting through what appeared to be Hyatt's general phone system. The pattern throughout the stay was being told something would be taken care of and then finding that it hadn't been. As service recovery, I was offered an appetizer credit and late checkout. I appreciated the late checkout. However, the appetizer credit was never actually applied. At checkout, after I said my experience hadn't been great, the appetizer charge was removed—as though this were additional service recovery—when it was actually the credit I had already been promised. I paid over $900 for a four-night stay, so while none of these issues individually would have ruined the trip, I expected basic issues that were reported to actually be resolved. Instead, I paid full price and received what felt like a less-than-full-price experience. The accumulation of problems—and particularly the repeated lack of follow-through—made the stay frustrating. None of these issues individually would have ruined a stay. It was the accumulation of them, and particularly the lack of follow-through, that made the overall experience frustrating.

Dear M D, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I sincerely apologize that your stay fell short of the standards you rightfully expected. You are correct that none of these issues alone should have occurred, and I am genuinely troubled that the combination of the extended airport shuttle delay, the unresolved room issues with the body wash dispenser and phone, and most importantly, our failure to follow through on commitments created such a frustrating experience for you. Your point about follow-through is particularly important and reflects a breakdown in our service that I take seriously. When we tell a guest something will be handled, it must be handled—and the fact that your phone remained non-functional despite your requests and a technician's visit is unacceptable. Similarly, the appetizer credit should have been properly applied from the outset rather than addressed at checkout in a manner that created further confusion. For a $900 investment in four nights with us, you deserved attentive service and reliable resolution of the issues you reported. I recognize that the late checkout, while appreciated, does not adequately address the cumulative impact of these failures. I would welcome the opportunity to make this right. Please let me know if you would be willing to discuss this further, and please know that your feedback will be shared with our team to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

It was a more-than-great experience!
I very much appreciated that my request for high floor/near elevator was accommodated since I have asthma and repeated trips to and from ballrooms was needed. OH - MY - GOSH --- 4 decades of my immigrant life in the US, and just as many conferences all over the country, this was the first time we were served EXCELLENT Filipino cuisine!!!!
Hyatt excellence
Excellent experience with this hotel. Very friendly AND helpful staff who went out of their way to answer my questions and to be sure that I was satisfied. Very nice, spacious room. clean. functional.
Nice place at a good rate
Nice hotel, reasonable price, slept really well - bed worked for me. Restaurant staff was very patient (had a very big party that was handled well). Would return if I can.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience.
It was a good and pleasant experience. Rooms were comfortable and accessibility to public restrooms were convenient. The view was fine.
A Great Experience!
The location is perfect for appointments/procedures at any of several large hospitals and medical centers in the area. It is within walking distance to multiple of those centers. The hotel is large, spacious, modern, and efficiently run. The restaurant food was great, meaning we did not have to travel to dine, an important factor when dealing with medical recovery from hospital procedures.
Excellent friendly staff.
Helpful employees and clean environment and very clean rooms. We were very impressed with the restaurant and wait staff and bartender. Delicious food. I liked my stay.
Quick night great stay
Quick night as I got stranded in Denver after a cancelled connection. Check in was excellent, quick and efficient. I was provided with toiletries to make the stay more pleasant.
Good to the last second
I’ve stayed in 80 percent of the hyatts in Denver and this is the best by far. This was my second stay in a few years and it was composed of a warm welcome with excellent accommodation of needs. The rooms are clean and the parking is plentiful.
Can't wait to stay again!
Perfect location for hospital patients. Beautiful hotel. Good food. Excellent service by front desk staff, especially Jamie S!
Convenient
Convenient location across from the Anschutz Medical complex. Friendly shuttle drivers get you aroind the area. Some walkable food options
Visiting the Denver area, the Hyatt will make your stay a great one!
We had a great stay at the Hyatt Aurora. The front desk staff was very kind and attentive. They helped with printing a document and requesting a shuttle. The room was always clean and ready upon my return. It felt like each day I was arriving for the first time with all the little details in my cleaned room. The conference center was great and the food was delicious. Overall we had a fantastic stay!
Very clean and responsive
Location didn’t have much surrounding, but offered shuttle and driving around was easy. The staff was awesome from check in to time we left. Restaurant (Borealis) was great. The place is super clean.
Good venue for small conferences but not good for scent sensitivities in hotel room
Went for a small conference where many of us have food allergies. Great venue for small conferences. However, staff response to my issue with migraine and asthma attack from hotel room scents made the stay extremely difficult for me - I’d even called ahead and they’d said they don’t use scents in cleaning and laundry. I normally would not post something like this but there’s so many of us sensitive to scents and wanted others to avoid. If I didn’t have this issue I’d give hotel a much higher rating. On positive side, the restaurant staff are so accommodating to food allergies. Very quiet and value great.
good
Hotel is very nice. Pool is small but heated. Room was very nice and clean. The dinner we had at Borealis was delicious but service was a bit slow and it was not busy.

Great Place for a Conference
I spent five days at the Hyatt Regency and found it a comfortable place for a conference. The atmospehre was friendly. The spacious lobby was a welcoming space to meet others. I liked the fire in the fireplace--added a feeling of coziness. My room was clean and attended too daily. I like the fact that it is pet freindly with ample room for walking your dog. My one concern is taht food options wihtin the hotel/conference center seemed a bit limited for a Hyatt Regency. That said, I would have no problem staying here again.

Friendly staff nice hotel for conference.
The customer service at the front desk and the restaurant staff were great. The hotel was an average conference hotel, and the rooms were as well. They provide what you need and are clean.

A Hyatt Regency more like a Hyatt Place
the hotel is okay, not too old. you have to walk to the parking garage when it's raining or snowing since it's not connected. Been to many Hyatt Regency hotels as a globalist, also been to this one couple times already. This is the only one that never offered a suite upgrade even you can tell the hotel is completely empty, suites available for sale online. Many Hyatt Regency hotels offer you complimentary breakfast at their restaurant by waiving the whole bill if they don't have a lounge, this one actually charge you for the tips you write. Maybe there are better options if you want to enjoy more benefits as a globalist.

Thank you for staying with us again and for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to hear that this visit did not feel consistent with the Hyatt Regency experience you have come to expect, especially as a valued Globalist member. We appreciate your loyalty to Hyatt and understand how important elite benefits and recognition are to the overall stay experience. Suite upgrades are based on availability and eligibility at the time of arrival, and I apologize if we missed an opportunity to better recognize your loyalty or communicate more clearly during your visit. I also appreciate your comments regarding breakfast and parking access, and I am sorry these aspects of the stay fell short of expectations. Your feedback is helpful and will be shared with our team as we continue working to deliver a more consistent and elevated experience for our World of Hyatt members and all of our guests.
