I enjoyed our time at the hotel the place was clean the beer was expensive I don’t think I will drink at the bar the room service was nice but the food is expensive it’s too bad each room doesn’t have a microwave oven

Clean and comfortable hotel with very welcoming and accommodating staff. Every opportunity they had to make my life easier during a unplanned hospitalization of a family member, they rose to the occasion. I'm a little hard to please, and I have nothing but praise for this hotel and it's staff.

Eric at the front desk is the true meaning of customer service! The hotel is very clean and the everyone is very friendly and helpful. Eric remembers faces and everyone's certain situation at check out. It is just not us, it is everyone he checks in, very professional and friendly and always going above and beyond to help everyone staying there the easiest check in and check out possible.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food in the restaurant is delicious for all meals! Great place to stay for business or pleasure. The rooms are modern and comfortable.

The hotel impressed. I had initially booked a nearby hotel, but saw bad reviews on TripAdvisor so switched to this one. It was only about $10-15 more per night. Stay was flawless. Fast and friendly checkin, easy checkout, very clean, everything worked, very aesthetically pleasing. Had a breakfast burrito and it was delicious. The only knock on the hotel is that there didn't appear to be any way to get from the parking garage to the hotel interior without walking outside, which can be unpleasant in the winter.

Excellent hotel in Aurora. Great service, comfortable and clean rooms, tasty food with cocktails and wine to match. I travel with my Service dog and there is a perfect area outside of the hotel to walk and exercise your dog.

Booked with corporate credit card for conference Checked In and asked for credit card for incidentals Checked out and informed receipt would be emailed later Upon receiving email realized that all charges went on personal card Called immediately to have the charges fixed - Hyatt no longer had corporate card on file?

My family and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday. My husband is super picky about where he stays and this place checked most of the boxes! There were minor issues like a few spotty towels and a patch on the ceiling of the bathroom. Overall we had a great time! Everyone at the front desk was helpful and considerate!

Room was not thoroughly cleaned on arrival. Found hair on bath vanity and food from prior guest was left in the fridge. Need better checks on room cleanliness. Front desk customer service was good. To go food service at restaurant was good

Horrible exerience! This is not the best in travel and not what is expected in a top hotel. Asked everyday for internet connection and my entire 4-day stay was vacant of internet service. Sadly, I can't recommend Hyatt Regency Aurora as the place to stay. Kudos to Eric and Melissa for a great customer experience, they were fantastic.
