Great place to unwind during a convention.
Very helpful desk agents willing to accommodate my travel schedule. Highlights - location across the street from the Convention Center, an excellent Fitness Center and a great lounge on the 27th floor. The room was very quiet.

Nice ambiance and accommodating staff
The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were accommodating and pleasant to me at check-in and check-out. The food options were good. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were too soft and flat. The room temperature was perfect. The shower was spacious and provided options for comfort in the settings.
