To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay experience for all our guests, the following guidelines will apply

RESORT POLICY

• Sheesha/Hookah is not allowed at the resort’s premises.​

• Speakers/music systems are not allowed in rooms and public areas to ensure a peaceful stay experience for all our guests.​

• Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed at the resort’s premises.​

• Arms, Ammunition, Explosives, Fireworks and Flammable liquids are not allowed at the resort’s premises.

CHILD POLICY​

• Children under 12 years’ age can be accommodated in the parents’ room, with one extra bed (subject to availability) at no additional charge on room only basis. Kindly state your request for an extra bed at the time of booking, as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.​​

• Meals for children aged up to six are complimentary when dining from the restaurant buffet.​​

• For children aged six to twelve, meals are charged at 50% of the parent's meal plan rate.​​

• Meals for children above twelve are charged at full price.​​

• À la carte meals and In-Room Dining orders will be charged as per the menu.​ ​​

PET POLICY

Pet-Friendly Stays! We are delighted to welcome your furry companions! ​​

• Pet Fee: Add on for your pet INR 1,500 plus taxes per night, which includes: Petbed, food bowl, and pet food during the stay. ​​

• Weight Limit: One pet – up to 22 kg & Two pets – combined up to 35 kg.​
