Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $25.00 plus tax (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Pets Are Welcome

Your pets are welcome at Hyatt Regency Coral Gables. Simply provide advanced notice of your dog’s arrival.

FEES:

• Up to 7 nights (non-refundable cleaning fee): $100/ 1 Stay
• $200 for 7 to 30 nights (30+ nights are subject to a deep cleaning fee at the hotel’s discretion)

WEIGHT LIMITS:

• 50 pounds or lighter
• Maximum two dogs per room, not to exceed a total of 75 pounds Pets exceeding limits are at hotel’s discretion

Smoke-Free Environment

To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all our guests, Hyatt Regency Coral Gables is a completely smoke-free property. This policy applies to all areas of the hotel, including:

• Guest rooms and suites
• Lobbies and public spaces
• Restaurants and bars
• Meeting and event spaces
• Pool area

Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided for guests who wish to smoke. A cleaning fee will be applied to any guest room where evidence of smoking is found. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for everyone.
