Love this hotel and will be the only place I stay when I make return trips to Chicago the next few months. Guest service was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was beyond what I expected. The room was perfect and I could not of been more satisfied.

Nice hotel with restaurant within walking distance of the front door. Right across from Woodfield Mall on the Macy's side. Plenty of parking and a Starbucks in the lobby.

Great hotel, clean room, friendly staff, very professional at a decent price. We had a corner room with a balcony, so the room felt spacious. In room coffee was better than most.

Clean rooms though a bit dated, lots of conveniences , rental car, gym, Starbucks, restaurant. Room had a good view to the lounge. The lounge was large and comfortable. Mixed feelings about lounge staff. When I called to ask for a callback to let me know when my room was ready, the lady on the phone would not help (this is the usual service I am used to with Hilton and Marriott)..., although I did get an email informing me that room was ready (not very helpful). However the gentleman during check-in was pleasant and helpful and answered all my questions.

The rooms are outdated. Hallway is old. Carpet feels and smells old/damp. It seems like they did not invest at all in making what matters the most great. The lobby is fantastic with the high ceiling but I did not want to stay at my room at all. I chose to stay on my sibling's house on my last night and still paid for the last evening since I checked out that night. I hope they can invest like how IHG has been investing in their hotels. Holiday Inns that are new are way better than this.

This is an excellent place to stay, all food options are available in the surrounding areas. From upscale to casual dining, breakfast is amazing and staff is super.friendly!! A hidden gem!

Room was terribly musty. Tried to get it fixed or moved and never heard back until the next day after we checked out. Our room wasn’t ready broke we would get a text said it would be around d 4. Finally at 430 went to the front desk and was told oh yeah it’s been ready

Staff was very accommodating and made me feel like a friend/family while away from home. It felt good not to feel like just another guest/customer while traveling. Kudos to the staff and I would recommend this location to co-workers, friends, and family.

The staff very nice. The hotel was very beautiful. Easy access to many restaurants. Cam was super nice and helpful. If we come back to Chicago, we would love to stay there again.

The location is great. It is close to everything you need. The lady at check in was a bit snotty. Other than that our only complaint was that it is very noisy when trying to sleep. You can hear everything out in the hall very clearly. Overall it is a nice hotel and the rooms are clean. Bed is pretty comfortable. We would stay here again.
