Watch your purchases.
Staff at the barrel room would add items to your bill that you did not purchase. Then when caught it turned to a huge argument and then our card was double charged for $500. It was fixed next day but it was a fight.
Wonderful business trip
Wonderful location for my business travel. Beautiful property with a wonderful staff. The amenities were convenient and food was good.

Below Average Experience
The mini fridge was making noises so loud we could not sleep - first night was a high pitch buzzing, the second night there was a bang that woke us from our sleep and then the buzzing stopped. First night I slept with earplugs but after 2 nights we requested it be replaced. Then the new fridge was freezing everything in it. There is also no microwave in the room, but that is not the issue. The issue is the microwave is only on certain floors and there's only 1 on that floor. We were on the opposite side of the microwave, so getting it was an inconvenience. I understand saving money by not having a microwave in every room, but make it more convenient for guests by having at least 2 on every floor. And the microwave room door is so heavy that it made it very difficult to carry more than 1 item to heat up in the microwave. Other than that, the stay was fine. But having to pay for parking just doesn't make it worth it for us to stay here again in the future.

Outstanding staff and hotel!
I stay at your wonderful hotel periodically due to Aprio headquarters being across the street. Every time I stay there, I am welcomed during my stay by Mak and Alex. They truly are awesome and make mine and my colleagues trips so enjoyable. I travel all over the United States and Canada and Mak is the best bartender/server I have ever had! I commend you for having employees who truly care about the people that stay at your hotel.
Phenomenal stay in Atlanta Perimeter
The stay at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina was one of the best I've ever stayed in the Metro Atlanta area! Great location, excellent hotel and amenities with professional staff...would stay here every time I come to Atlanta!

Home away from home
Great neighborhood hotel near shopping, food, and businesses. Regency club offers extra amenities and the gym is a plus.
Much to be desired
A lot of hidden fees and unexpected expenses. Not working amenities within actual hotel room. Would recommend getting an itemized breakdown of overall charges before booking your stay. We ended up spending almost double of the overall advertising price after arrival. Friendly staff but very greedy business practices are being taken within this branch of the Hyatt Regency.

Comfortable
The main lobby of the hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff was very nice. The room I stayed in wasn't very clean and is in need of an upgrade. The carpet was torn and the furniture had food left from the last person stuck to the tables. Each day the staff made the bed though which was wonderful.

Great Staff!
Great staff, clean rooms, large TV, good breakfast. They have a shuttle to the surrounds that is very usefull. Special thanks to Kissi and Keith!

Beautiful hotel, average experience.
The receptionist said we did not order a king bed and sofa but she would go ahead and give us a king although I was trying to show her the itinerary and confirmation on my phone.

Basic but clean
It’s a clean very basic budget hotel. Restaurant options are limited and no complimentary inclusions besides bottled water for members. It’s not bad, just ok.

I love the Hyatt at Villa Christina!!
As usual, Hyatt Regency at Villa Christina did not fail to deliver. I was in town for Americasmart. The hotel offered a wonderfully relaxing respite from the tiring day at market. Hotel staff were attentive to any needs. The rooms were very comfortable as I've come to expect. We always enjoy the bonus of the Members Club Room. I often recommend this Hotel to people I meet. Thanks for another great stay!

Very nice hotel
Excellent hotel. Very clean. This is a second time at the hotel. Highly recommended. The facility has a great pool and wonderful amenities.

Great hotel
Excellent, clean hotel! Very friendly staff. Located in a quiet area tucked away in the trees but close to downtown Atlanta. Loved it!

Warm Hospitality, Convenient Location, and Thoughtful Amenities
I like the location of this hotel. It’s close to business establishments and shopping areas, yet still quiet and conveniently near a nature trail. The parking area felt secure, and I really liked that the property is completely smoke‑free.
