Fabulous stay!!
The hotel is perfectly located on a quaint, gorgeous beach in the heart of taghazout bay. the hotel was recently built in very pristine condition. Hicham the front desk, manager that went above and beyond his duties. I forgot something in my room and I was at a wedding at another property once I texted HICHAM he got a member of his team to fetch the item and bring it to me nearby. the hotel is beautiful

Amazing stay really enjoyed it
I stayed at hayat regency on october and was an amzing stay the hotel.itself has a great location with the view over the ocean the room was big and very clean The staff are friendly speaicl ghizlane at the receaption she was an amzing person very kind and welcoming with the smilling and very helpful special thanks to her I really recemmended

Amazing experience - beach front
Great experience. Highly recommend ocean front room with balcony. Hotel staff is amazing and everything was above expectations for us.

Great Hotel
One of the best hotels I've stayed at especially in the Ocean View Suite. Great room with sliding wall for privacy between bedroom & lounge/sofa bed area where our child slept. Food at breakfast and the beach front restaurant was excellent. Great gym overlooking the ocean (not buried in basement somewhere like you get a lot of places). Brilliant beach front location. All staff were great. We are thinking of returning in a few weeks!

Best hotel I have ever visited
My stay at Hyatt Regency Taghazout was truly exceptional. As a World of Hyatt member, I felt genuinely recognized and appreciated throughout my visit. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The thoughtful welcome amenity and the personalized letter in the room were wonderful touches that made me feel valued rather than just another guest. A happy returning customer
Everything was amazing, the location is another level., in front of the beach and near restaurants if you would like to go out. The cleanliness of the facility, the food is excellent in the buffet, the staff team are very friendly and attentive to details. This is our 4th time staying here and I’m always satisfied with the quality of my stay. I’ll be coming back again.

Very quiet Hotel - nothing much to do or in local area.
Hotel was very nice and clean but literally nothing to do at night, and it is quite a walk or short taxi ride into Tagazhout and 30 minutes to Agadir. One night of entertainment which which had to be paid for totally £8 per person in English money - not something I have experienced in any other Hotel or destination.

Amazing hotel and staff
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—from the rooms to the service. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to the breakfast waiter called “Reda” who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. He truly went above and beyond to make every morning enjoyable and made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

Short Family Vacation
Exceptional hotel for my family and I for a short vacation. Provided very detailed care alongside amazing facilities and services befitting the standards of Hyatt. Great location to experience Morocco, with Agadir only 30 minutes away, as well having your own private beach with surfing and other activities available.

Exceptional!!
We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout and travelled there as a couple. When we arrived, the hotel lounge was undergoing refurbishment. However, there was very little visible work taking place, so the disruption was minimal and did not affect our stay. We booked a half-board package that included breakfast and dinner. In hindsight, I would recommend booking breakfast only or just bed and exploring the local restaurants in Taghazout for lunch and dinner. There were several occasions when we either skipped breakfast or did not eat dinner at the hotel, which meant that part of what we paid for went unused. We also found that the dinner options available to half-board guests were somewhat limited. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront restaurant, as well as another restaurant with a bar, both of which looked very appealing. However, these venues were not included in the half-board package, and since we had already paid for our meals in advance, we felt less inclined to dine there. Had we booked accommodation with breakfast only, we would have had more flexibility to enjoy these restaurants and explore other dining options in the area. That said, the hotel itself was lovely with the most beautiful seafront views, and we had a wonderful and relaxing time overall. Despite the points mentioned above, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Most enjoyable holiday
We (sisters and a friend) had a lovely holiday at the Hyatt Regency. Although there were issues at the start of our stay, we did bring them to the attention of the Manager and staff and they did everything they could to ensure the remainder of our stay went without further hitches. Ahmed the F and B Manager was wonderful, along with Asham, Mohammed and all the team in Sud 19km. Thanks to them all for making our holiday memorable for the right reasons. We had a fabulous time and we will return. The adult pool and the beach were most enjoyable. Rooms were clean and the beds very comfy. Food in Sud 19Km was very nice, (the standard Buffett was a bit too repetitive and some evenings struggled with the offerings). Breakfast was ok, the staff were always helpful but they need to be more forward thinking...filling the hot milk jug and water in the coffee machines. There were a lot of French children, many running riot in the restaurants at breakfast and dinner so this was disappointing, more from the parents than the hotel staff who did, repeatedly ask for them to be kept under supervision. All in all we had a great time and the weather was fabulous.

Great Hotel
Very lovely hotel with one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in with a superb ocean view, amazing staff especially the beach guys. Absolutely beautiful gardens maintained to a very high level.

disorganised & rude staff
disappointed with this hotel! Pre payment wasn't taken causing confusion at check in. Airport tranfer I booked through Hyatt didn't show up! Not idea when arriving late with young children. Family room sofa bed not made up only two single beds! Buffet dinner was booked up for x 2 of the 5 nights we stayed and not many other options to choose from! We had to get room service 2 of the evenings! Club hyatt was a joke and just not worth the extra money no member of staff knew what was going on or what was available or included. One night they presented us with a bill for hte drinks we ordered even though we had club access. Reception staff really rude!

Very nice hotel

Above average for price point
Very nice hotel. The staff are very helpful. The only downside for my stay was the amount of birds flying around inside and eating the food at thr buffet at mealtimes.

Great location and resort
Beautiful location, excellent service and superb dining experience (particularly breakfast and dinner). Visited in March, and really had a great time, and felt well-looked after by the team at Hyatt Regency - would recommend for a short break. Thanks to the team at the property, pretty sure we'll be back again soon!

Sun, sea, relaxation and keen to please staff
I love this hotel. The environs and ambience is super for some winter sun. The rooms are clean, the communal areas are clean and maintained. I’m reluctant to say anything negative but…… the food and beverages service across the hotel is slow, very slow. Polite and courteous staff, keen to please but perhaps not enough of them? More training? It would deter me from returning again next year. Love it!!
