Very cold
Very very cold in the room. This was not good for my healthy because Inget cold . Maybe the heating was closed and the reception couldn’t answer to my needs.
Not a well run or maintained property
Disappointing experience. Stayed at the property in 2023 when it was new . The rooms are abit worn and most concerning was the awful condition of the collapsed and uncomfortable twin mattresses in the room . It was nearly impossible to get any rest . They have no guest access to ice and charge for delivery to the room .no recognition for Hyatt status or loyalty . Just a Hyatt Place type property at best

Wonderful experience
Excellent stay. The beds are super comfortable. The staff was welcoming. The rooms are impeccable and quiet. So convenient to getting anywhere by train, tram, bus or plane. Loved the Bar Iris for unwinding after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, Clean, Top Quality.
I hesitated to stay at an airport hotel because I worried about the noise. However, I could not hear a peep from the planes. The convenience of a covered walkway a few minutes' walk from the heart of the airport was key to our having a great experience, especially since we were unfamiliar with Zurich Airport. It gave us a chance to scope everything out for the next day. The Circle area itself has shopping and several different restaurants, which was helpful because the hotel restaurant and the sky bar are quite pricey. They didn't include breakfast in the hotel stay. The room itself was large and had higher-end amenities, including robes and slippers, hair care, lotion, etc.

Excellent location to spend one night before heading back home from vacation. Staff is excellent and helpful. Lots of very good food options within walking distance. Text only minutes to walk to airport.

Fantastic location with exceptional service. Modern rooms. Simret at front desk was a delight. If you need an airport hotel in Zurich, this is a no-brainer top of mind choice.

Location is the plus
Fantastic location, with agreen park on one side and the airport on the other. Shopping and trains are directly accessible from the hotel. We stayed for an early flight out of Zurich, and it was the best decision ever. The offerings at the Regency Club are really disappointing. Very little food and no spirits at all. This is one area that let's the Regency brand down terribly.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel that is super convenient to the Zürich Airport. Splurge for the club level if you can, it was worth it! Breakfast was also very tasty and lots of great options.

A decent airport hotel
Hotel is at a very good location with well appointed rooms in a quiet area close to the terminals. The restaurant is very good for dinner, breakfast used to be better. Unfortunately, it looked like the Regency Club did not offer breakfast which would have been a nicer quieter venue.

Expected Better.
Convenient to Airport Terminal. Room air conditioner didn't work and there were no operable windows. The room was very dark. The light strip tucked behind the headboard did not work. When I called the front desk no one answered.

Great Location, Clean Room & Delicious Breakfast
I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle. The location is excellent, especially for travelers, as it is conveniently located right at Zurich Airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long journey. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of choices. The hotel has a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and the overall service was good. It is a great option for both short stays and business trips. Great location, comfortable room, horrible customer service
We mistakenly left my wife’s wallet and passport in our locked room upon checking out and presumed upon reporting this to hotel staff that we’d have a happy resolution. Given the circumstances, we couldn’t imagine anyone other than staff would gain access to our room. I had to repeatedly call and email to push for information and was astounded by the lack of follow-through. We received no explanation and no apology. The wallet and its contents (driver’s license, credit cards, etc.) are a loss. We spent most of our Friday traveling to the US consulate in Bern to get my wife’s passport replaced.

Sets the bar for airport hotels.
Really great hotel. Rooms are comfortable. So easy to and from the terminal. The bar is great. Had an absolutely delicious tiki drink, "More Than A-peeling". Who knew there is a Swiss made rum?

No airport/airplane noise; rooms updated and so clean; very friendly accommodating check-in staff. Breakfast offered great variety including things that were new to us.

Used tampon left in the bathroom
I picked up both hotel bathrobes from the shelf. My hand touched something wet, then that wet thing fell to the floor. I was offered chocolate wafers and a drink at the bar for my troubles. Seems like exposure to biohazardous waste warrants a grander gesture than wafers and the inconvenience of a drink I would have to get dressed and leave the room for.

Perfect Overnight in Zurich
The Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay in Zurich. It was an easy walk from the airport and back the next day. The hotel was clean and peaceful, which was nice after the chaos of the airport. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and I was delighted to find a Laderach chocolate store just around the corner from the hotel! We will definitely stay again if we have another layover in Zurich!

Wonderful Stay Before Flight Out From Zurich
Wonderful stay in Zurich for a couple of nights before flying out. Room was well appointed, modern, clean and comfortable. Globalist status was acknowledged and service was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was super helpful. And you can’t beat the location…walking distance to restaurants, shops and the airport. It was also a quick train ride to city center and a visit to old town. Looking forward to future stays here.
