Excellent Stay with Warm Saudi Hospitality
I had a very pleasant stay at Hayat Hotel Riyadh Olaya. Overall, the experience was excellent, and the staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was very supportive, helpful, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. I especially appreciated the welcoming touch of **Arabic gahwa and dates**, which added a lovely local touch to the hotel experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again during my next visit to Riyadh.

Olaya Globalist experience
I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya. The hotel perfectly combines modern luxury with authentic Saudi hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The rooms are beautifully designed—spacious, quiet, and impeccably maintained. The bedding is exceptionally comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer impressive views of Riyadh’s skyline. Housekeeping was consistent and detail-oriented throughout my stay. The location in Olaya is ideal, with easy access to business districts, shopping, and key attractions in Riyadh. Dining at the hotel was equally impressive, with a refined atmosphere and excellent variety at breakfast. What truly stands out is the level of service. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every request is handled promptly and gracefully, making the entire stay feel seamless. I would highly recommend Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya to anyone visiting Riyadh for business or leisure. It is a sophisticated, comfortable, and reliable choice, and I look forward to returning.

A recommended place to stay in Riyadh
Such a great hotel. We had a business meeting in the same hotel and the team was super accommodating. We asked for many changes (sometimes during the course of the meeting) and Hyatt team found a way to make all of the changes. They were open, flexible, willing to listen and very hospitable!

Consistently High Standards and Professional Service
I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya. From arrival through departure, the experience was seamless, professional, and clearly well managed. The team demonstrated a high level of service maturity, with the Front Office and Guest Relations staff standing out for their attentiveness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. The room was immaculately maintained—clean, comfortable, and fully functional. The breakfast offering and overall food and beverage experience were of a strong standard, combining quality, consistency, and attentive service. The hotel maintains a calm, efficient atmosphere that is particularly well suited to business travellers, while remaining equally comfortable for leisure stays. The World of Life facilities are of good quality; however, clearer communication regarding membership benefits during the stay would further enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, this is a reliable, well-run hotel in a prime location. I would confidently recommend it to colleagues, friends, or family visiting Riyadh.

"Globalist" not welcome here
Front-desk staff made me feel unwelcome and were very inefficient (asked for an adult passport and then asked for one child at a time despite stating only one passport was needed). Did not receive the "Globalist" treatment at this hotel: no upgrade offered nor any explanation of why so. Had to ask for club lounge access explicitly to be added - no other benefits explained—poor front desk service. Will not be staying here again.

Staff, rooms, gym and breakfast are all fantastic
Fantastic hotel. It starts with the staff: everyone is helpful, friendly and respectful. The rooms are great. The gym is one of the best I have seen in a hotel. The pool is mixed, meaning women can swim at the same time as men, which is great for couples. The breakfast is amazing. Only area of improvement is probably dinner which could have more options - but the hotel is located in an area where there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Bonus: there is a coffee roaster on the main street on the west side of the hotel. Highly recommended!

A very good choice if you want to be in an excellent location in the city with great facilities and staff.
The hotel has an excellent location, 5 min walking distance from Tahlia street and to metro station. The room was big and comfortable and the staff very friendly and proffesional. I was pleased to see local young people working in the reception. The hotel has very good facilities, the gym is very nice and my wife had a massage and she was very pleased.
