Nice hotel with friendly staff
Nice hotel on a good location near a mall with many restaurants. Friendly staff. As English speaking staff is not common, a good translation app will be very helpful. The staff understands this.

One of the more luxurious Hyatt Place experience
This is one of their more luxurious Hyatt "Place" hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the location is excellent - as literally across from the best Mall in this city and the free breakfast was complete and very good too, as well as restaurant thru out the day

Great location,I’ll stay again
Just the bathrooms needs more care. Stuff are well trained,very polite and helpful.breakfast very well prepared. Very safe parking lot,was a very nice stay.rooms service was great the nighti ordered a risotto,very delish.

Wonderful hotel
What tell of this hotel? It is very good in everything you can imagine. The staff is perfect. They are very, very kind with everybody. The breakfast is excellent! The rooms are comfortable and very clean. There is a mall practically at the hotel,.making your stay even better.

Great hotel in a great location!
The hotel is new and located in a recently developed area of Rio Preto. There is a mall across the street with many restaurants and plenty of shopping. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly. They have a wonderful breakfast with everything you need to get you going in the morning. The pool area on the top floor is a beautiful place to relax. I felt very safe and secure in the hotel, as well.

Way overpriced, swimming pool has a huge building in front of it so no views, there was a leakage in front of my room.
Way overpriced, swimming pool has a huge building in front of it so no views, there was a leakage in front of my room door so loads of buckets underneath a broken ceiling way off the standard expected regards the high price.

A empresa me ofereceu uma excelente recepção. Demonstraram ser éticos e cuidadosos em todos os detalhes com a tranquilidade e conforto com o Hospede. O hotel tem piscina e academia no último andar para quem busca lazer além do próprio Shopping Iguatemi para nos dar comodidade em compras, alimentação e happy hour. The company gave me an excellent reception. They proved to be ethical and careful in every detail with the tranquility and comfort with Hospede. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym on the top floor for those looking for leisure, in addition to Shopping Iguatemi itself to provide us with convenience in shopping, food and happy hour.

I expected more as the Hotel charges top rate for the stay.
Training must be provided to the staff for a better customer services. I could not believe what I hard some of them said to me. Customer service needs more attention and training should be provided to the staff. For the price charged by the Hotel I expected more. I will not be staying at this hotel again, breakfast was very limited and not much option. . Black cafe is like water and you are charging the price of 4/5 stars Hotel. For the price charged I expected above average treatment and an excellent breakfast even in Pandemia. The Customer Service from some of the employees was very bad. I hope this feedback doesn't go into the drawer and you will improve or you will lose market share. Who does not improve loses. Regards, Erik Souza

High standards despite of the restrictions
Structure comfortable and clean. High standards of customer care. The staff from reception , bar and restaurant were extremely welcoming and efficient. The location is also positive as has next door a nice shopping mall with all necessary services.

Horrible management
I had a horrible experience! This was my second stay, the first one I was given a room in which the smell of raw sewage permeated the air, I requested a transfer to another room, it seemed fine at first, but I was awoken by the smell of raw sewage! Not at all the experience I expected from what's supposed to be the best hotel in the city, with prices to match. The desk agent offered to comp me the meal I ate there, but the manager overrode that decision and said they would give me a discount on my next stay. This was my next stay, the supposed to discount was 5% off the normal price. The resulting price was even higher than the price advertised when searching for this hotel on internet! The staff were rude to my guest... insisting on implementing bizarre procedures that clearly were implemented improperly, it was obvious. My cousin came to go shopping to the mall with us... she came before we were ready to leave and waited in the room for us to get ready... the staff insisted on recording her ID... AFTER I had already checked out! Clearly this isn't your policy, if your policy is to record someone who they think might be a minor, it makes sense that that be done before they enter the hotel... Not as they are leaving! The attitude of the staff was pompous and rude! They treated us as if they were better than us. I will not stay at this hotel ever again... Please believe me, I'll do my best to ensure anyone I may influence isn't exposed to such a horrible experience.

When in the second time, we grant a discount on the daily rate (since you did not have a reservation), in addition to the room up grade. When you are coming again, always make reservations online and in advance to keep up with promotions and lower rates. Regarding identification, our hotel is in compliance with local laws where it is necessary to identify our guests. We remain at your entire disposal to serve you!
