Highly Recommend!
Great location close to many restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms and the breakfast had a variety to choose from. Overall 10/10 and would definitely recommend
Nice neighborhood, avoid 10th floor rooms
Hotel is located in a nice and walkable neighborhood away a short distance from the mall and restaurants. Avoid rooms on the 10th floor, as the conference level on the 11th floor is loud and uncarpeted above you.
Grata experiencia en Santiago
A nice, pleasant hotel. The view from the restaurant is wonderful, as it overlooks the Andes Mountains. Very modern facilities that are always clean. A quiet hotel, perfect for families or business travelers.
Wonderful
The rooms are wonderfully spacious and well-designed. There is a comfortable couch to unwind on, a functional desk for working or taking notes, and ample storage space for luggage and clothes. I also appreciated having plenty of towel rails in the bathroom
Disappointed experience, stay away!!
Disappointing stay. Cold and unwelcoming . All the acs are locked and managed centrally. The rooms got really hot and had to call someone in the middle of night to adjust the temperature
Excellent hotel
Thought the check in was a bit rough , after that everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great , staff helpful and it was overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again.
Above Expectations -- Staff & View!
Wonderful experience and fantastic view from the room. Benjamin at the front desk and Ariel at the downstairs door went above and beyond to make my trip extremely enjoyable
Great Hyatt Place!
Wonderful long term stay as a Globalist! Great start and good breakfast! Looking forward to our upcoming stays in April/May!
Limited Breakfast, Missing Even Fried Eggs
The breakfast options are extremely limited. They don’t even offer fried eggs, which is a very basic item and usually available in almost every hotel breakfast worldwide. This was quite disappointing and reduced the overall breakfast experience.

One night in Hyatt
This is the worst Hyatt hotel I have ever experienced. There is absolutely no service—from the moment you walk in to having breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast selection is also very limited.

Enjoyable stay at a reasonable price
The breakfast was excellent. I had a lovely view of the snow capped Andes. There is a nice indoor pool. I found it convenient that there were plentiful US style outlets in the room with no need for adapters. I liked the natural bath products too.

Truly Exceptional Hospitality
I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Hyatt Centric Las Condes (Vitacura) for their outstanding service and support during a very difficult situation. During my stay, I was unfortunately the victim of a robbery, which caused me a lot of stress and complications while traveling. From the very first moment, the hotel staff — especially the lobby/front desk team — went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly empathetic, patient, and professional, assisting me every step of the way, offering guidance, support, and genuine care when I needed it most. What could have been an overwhelming experience was made much more manageable thanks to their kindness and dedication. This level of human warmth and customer service truly makes a difference and sets this hotel apart. I am deeply grateful to the Hyatt Vitacura team and would absolutely recommend this hotel, not only for its comfort and location, but for the exceptional people who work there.

Loved out stay!
This Hyatt had beautiful views of Santiago. It was nicer than expected. Breakfast had plenty of options. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. The staff was so helpful. It is not super close to the city center, but we used a bus to get to the metro and it worked great for us. There was also a grocery store just behind the hotel that was helpful to grab some snacks and treats.
Best hospitality in Santiago
The Hyatt Place should be called the Hyatt home sweet home. The staff if amazing: friendly, accommodating, speak good English. Great location for walking to restaurants or the big mall. Love the workout room with a view! Food serviced- breakfast is huge and delicious, great lunch and dinner menu's and quiet ambiance. Won't be trying other hotels!!
Another great visit!
3rd Stay here. Beautiful location, clean and comfortable accommodations, entire staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are well sized and layout is great. Beyond the hotel, the area is open, safe, lots of shopping and food choices within walking distance.
A great stay!
Very friendly staff in English and Spanish. Great restaurant. Super clean! It was a great stay in a beautiful hotel. Thank you!
Would not recommend to stay
I have requested and booked for a twin beds. Upon arrival was advised only a king size bed was available. Was advised there is a sofa bed in this room. And if I insisted for double bed I would need to pay an extra $30 for this. Once in the room we managed to open up the sofa bed which then takes up all the space in the room, without any space to walk, neither was there any space for our luggage's. Would not recommended staying there as access to train station is half an hour walk.
Great place to stay
Great place to stay ! Staff, location all very good! Would not stay anywhere else ! Thank you and see you soon. This location does a great job!
A Disappointing Decline: A Long-Time Guest's Final Stay
As a business traveler who has consistently chosen the Hyatt in Santiago for many years, I have always held the hotel in high regard, associating it with top-tier service and an exceptional experience. It is with great disappointment that I must now report that my most recent stay was an unrecognizable and profoundly negative experience. The standards that once defined this establishment have, to my surprise and dismay, deteriorated substantially. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, it was clear things had changed. The most jarring aspect was the service, particularly during the breakfast service. I encountered what can only be described as a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. The staff were overtly rude and inattentive, a stark contrast to the welcoming and efficient team I have known for years. The dining experience was equally poor, from the quality of the food to the service provided, it was a profound letdown from what was once a highlight of my stay. The once-familiar comfort and reliable quality were absent. The entire stay was a series of letdowns, from the subpar dining to the truly unacceptable behavior of the breakfast staff. It's heartbreaking to see a hotel I considered a home away from home fall so far from its former grace. Given this experience, I will no longer be able to recommend or stay at this hotel for my business trips in the future.
Typical Hyatt place
Everything worked as expected. The only thing I need to mention is that if you travel during their winter you may have to request that they turn on the AC in the room. Is kind of similar to Europe which is vexing. At least here they could turn it on. Same applies to Argentina and Uruguay. The breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. Water pressure was ok. Bed and pillows were find. English and Spanish channels. There is a small refrigerator. You have to go up to the bar to get ice. View from the terrace was espectacular if there is no fog or smog. Pool is small. All in all no complains.
