The overall experience from check in to check out was awful. First of all she didn’t even acknowledge my status. She could have been more professional when refusing to check me 1 hour early.

Stinking bathrooms
The bathroom stink of sewage smell. Second Hyatt hotel in Paris in 2 days with stinking smell in the bathroom. Clearly either extremely poor cleaning or the hotels have serious plumbing issues and it can not be fixed

Stay elsewhere- it’s cheapish for a reason
Avoid this hotel. It’s cheap for a reason. Just stay elsewhere and save your money. Hotel makes money as a crew hotel so there is little capacity or willingness to improve for other guests. It is far enough from the airport that if you cannot take the shuttle it’s still about 15€ by Uber. Our room smelled like smoke and staff did nothing about it. I would simply stay elsewhere.

1 night at best
Couch in room had rips and stains. Restaurant furniture same way. Needs total upgrade. One pillow each. Hard as a brick. Had to call for more. Took over 1.5 hours for someone to be in housekeeping.

Privacy concerns after we were given key to someone else's room
Travelling with wife and 2 children under 4. Major red flag when we checked in - sign stating hotel/airport shuttle has a fee. 5 euro per person is ridiculous for any shuttle, but this shuttle doesnt even get you to your terminal. Instead, it takes you to the Roissypôle transportation hub. This is a long way from terminals 1 & 2. At check in we were given our room assignment and keys. We took our luggage up to the room, only to find the room occupied. It was filled with another guest's luggage and personal belongings. We immediately returned to the front desk where teh clerk reassigned us to another room without apologizing or saythign anythign whatsoever. This was a potentially dangerous error by the clerk and was a stressful inconvenience to my family as we had to haul our luggage back to the front desk and then back up to our new room.

Awesome stay- GREAT breakfast
The pillows we good, the coffee and breakfst was amazing. The location was good. And there is a Shuttle to and from the airport

Great hotel, amazing staff
Extremely service oriented hotel staff, very helpful and kind, every single one of them. Spacious lobby, good breakfast, clean rooms, very comfortable beds and a big tub in the bathroom. Nice, cottage-like view from the room, and despite being extremely close to the airport, there was no issues with noise or anything like that. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay close to the airport or Parc des Expositions. The location is great! If theres anything I could've added, it'd be a chromecast/apple TV or something along the lines, but that's just me being nitpicky. Everything was truly great!

Stay in Hyatt Place Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport
Perfect Hotel as all other Hyatt's Hotels in the world. I like to stay in Hyatt. If you arrive after 23:00 please use Uber, Bolt or just taxi to reach the Hotel. Hotel clean and very nice.

No VTC with hotel
Nice hotel very close to airport but don’t use the hotel to book your taxi. The hotel is tie with unprofessional vtc drivers

Quality hotel with some subpar room features unexpected for caliber of the brand.
Need to address air conditioning, and refrigerator quality. Both operated at subpar levels. Also the water fountain solution worked less than half the time. Disappointing.
