We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, with plenty of good restaurant options nearby. The housekeeping team was outstanding; they did a wonderful job every single day. Our room was thoroughly cleaned, and we were provided clean and fresh towels daily. The parking was also free and safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern, great service. Fitness center was better than expected. Pool area was sweet. The proximity to a shopping center with several restaurants directly connected to Hotel elevator was neat.

The service was great and the rooms were clean. But, the best feature is that restaurants were just on the second floor. The best steakhouse in Saltillo is on the second floor. Do you know how nice it is to not have to get in a car or walk a long way for dinner after working a full day? This will be my go to place from now on.

The sleeping peaceful experience was fantastic. Rooms were great, loved the exercise room. Breakfast is fabulous. The hotel is clean, and the staff is most welcoming. Centrally located for shopping and additional restaurant. Food, like all Mexico food was faveolus.

I travel every week to Saltillo for business and I tried many hotels. What I can say is that the hotels are expensive in Saltillo including Hyatt..! Rooms are ok, pool and gym too the breakfast is good.

Great room and atmosphere. Good location with a lot of different shops and access to the mall through the restaurant. Happy hour was a nice touch as well.

Room didn't smell good very weak shower, it was nearly impossible to take a shower Housekeeping didn't clean coffee machine daily and didn't always leave bottled water for coffee

The Hyatt Place is the nicest hotel in Saltillo. It’s gotten a little expensive with advertised rates converted to US Dollars at 20 to 1, but charged rates nearly 20% higher at the recent 17 to 1 or less exchange rate. Location is great with an attached Mall, complete with an Apple Store, DQ, Tim Hortons and some nice restaurants. Costco is immediately across the street, but be careful trying to cross, Has an excellent underground parking garage.

The location, with a shopping center attached to the hotel, offers so much more than any of the other hotels in the area! All the personnel were extremely polite, efficient and professional! The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. Will come back soon!

An Average hotel at good price, (I was expected more for a Hyatt to be sincere) spacious rooms, for no reason the staff gave us a Handicap room, it has a great location. The AC unit was not cooling properly, and the shower got flooded after we bath.

I've been a travel agent for almost 40 years now. I can easily pick out the flaws and issues in hotels. I just can't find anything wrong with this Hyatt Place in Saltillo! The staff is amazing and helpful. The rooms are perfect, they thought of everything. The happy hour is good, this time it was chicken wings but I did prefer the tacos before on our last stay. The breakfast is excellent, one of the best I've had for an included option. The underground parking is also such a bonus, especially when traveling through Saltiel with a loaded car coming to her from the border. I honestly can't fault anything in this hotel, clearly the management knows what they are doing.

As a travel agent for 37 years I can be a little bit particular when it comes to hotels. I live in Mexico part time and often stop in Saltillo overnight to break up the drive. These stops have been made better by the Hyatt Place. They are flawless in their service, the level of wanting the client to have a wonderful stay. The rooms are perfect. Quiet, double blinds, everything you could need. The breakfast was amazing, better than any of the "breakfasts" offered in the chain hotels in the US. The staff was excellent, and if they didn't know something they would get the answer for you. The underground parking is really valuable for people traveling with a packed car, it's great security. I would stay here anytime I'm in Saltillo and wish they had this level of quality and service at every hotel!

I can't think of a single thing to complain about. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the overall service was extraordinary. The happy hour was an unexpected bonus. Well done Hyatt Place Saltillo!

Location is superb. Breakfast has a great variety of choices. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Very clean hotel. Be sure to understand the parking garage situation. Ask at check in how it works. Get an explanation in detail. It's a great parking garage, just need to understand how it works to save time going back and forth from the garage to front desk for parking slip validation.

You can stay at Co-suites, 1 mile away.. for 60% less.. get the same experience. They Hyatt is newer, but its not better. The management is punch drunk power hungry. Made it a miserable experience. Parking situation is odd where you need to get your ticket validated everytime.

They only offer regional options for breakfast and don't even label ingredients, the pastries were old and hard. I have celiac decease and was unaware of what items I could safely eat. The restroom had pee stains around the toilet.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a really good experience. I enjoyed the stay and the location was spot on! Service was amazing and the waiters were friendly and helpful. I didn't like the breakfast much.

Easy, secure parking attached to a movie theatre and shopping center. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food from the hotel is very good. The staff is very polite and helpful. Location is off of a main hiway, by the best hospital in the city, and next to a Costco.

Nice new property convenient location next to highway and shopping (costco), new mall. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast on the weekend was amazing. We loved it and would stay here next time in Saltillo. Filtered water and ice bags provided on every floor.

The facilities are very clean and easy to access. The breakfast is very complete. And the staff's service is very efficient.
