Great hotel! Food and drinks at the bar was stellar. Full coffee bar with cold coffee drinks as well. Overall ambiance was great! Breakfast was better than expected. Great location. The shuttle to local areas, Old San Juan, Tmobule district, and beash was greatly appreciated. We had an easy time getting everywhere we needed. Fridge and coffee maker in the room. No USB charging ports though.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect—close to Puerto Rico Convention Center. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and great staff, we stayed just a couple of nights and we found that the hotel has easy access to many spots in San Juan. The shuttle was great too, takes you to Old San Juan and other places for free.

The Hyatt Place is amazing hotel . My family and me love this place !!! My grandauther is so happy for everything. We are coming back to the good and beautiful hotel!

Workers were friendly, nice and courteous. Rooms are clean, with plenty of towels, pillows were fluffy and comfy. Location of hotel was a win- free shuttle bus every 30 minutes to Old San Juan, Beach and T-mobile Arena. We actually walked to the arena. Restaurants are all walkable, you can also buy food at the hotel a bit pricey but very good. Free breakfast was a plus and delicious. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

The room wasn’t ready when I checked in at 4:30pm, and there were 15 people waiting for a room before me………. 😔🤦🏻‍♂️. . Z

Nice hotel with cool colorful exterior lights. Nice view and pool. Amszing breakfast buffet. Bed was a full size, hard and noisy. A/c not cool enough. Parking is not included and it's expensive.

Nice room, very comfortable with area for work… and rest, very nice pillows!! Everything really clean. Very close to Distrito T mobile.

This hotel has a lot of potential, but it is severely understaffed. We noticed stains on our sheets and towels, which would typically be a quick fix. Unfortunately, I had to call the front desk four times with no response. After waiting over two hours, I went down myself to retrieve fresh linens and a crib I had requested at check-in four hours earlier. There was ongoing construction at the pool bar and next door, making it difficult to relax with all the noise. On top of that, a large basketball team of about 20 teens was staying at the hotel. With no staff monitoring the pool area, the teens completely took over, leaving no safe space for our small children to swim. I had to personally speak with their coaches to ask they stay on one side so our kids could at least enjoy the pirate ship area. Disappointing experience overall.

Keep it up….. you’re the standard! While everyone else is looking to take advantage of the hot season you’re consistent in your pricing and service!
