Perfect Stay in Managua
Hyatt Place Managua enjoys an excellent location and modern facilities. What makes the place special is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Whether on vacation with family or on a business trip, this is the only place to stay in Managua. The breakfast buffet is the icing on the cake. Don’t forget to check out the swimming pool or take a walk to the adjoining Galerías Mall. Enjoy!
Great stay
The staff are always very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is great, beds are comfy and all that is on the menu is always great and quality is consistent.

Great staff and hotel is very clean

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a great location. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The hotel's convenient location near major landmarks and the excellent breakfast buffet made my stay truly exceptional. We had an amazing time from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to the front desk team for making us feel so welcome. The food was fresh, the property was well-maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!"

A Relax place to stay

Terrible customer service.
We had a terribly stay because of an employee named Raul who works in the restaurant/bar area in the evening at night. He was extremely rude to us so we told his boss, Rosa. This made things worst and he then started giving us dirty looks every night during our week long stay. Rosa never spoke to us again to follow up, she and Raul were terrible. If you are staying with your family, please go to another hotel.

An At-Home experience
The staff was amazing in how they treated me and made my family feel at home . The facilities were excellent and its a very convenient place for restaurants and movies right there

Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay. The cleaning of our room, awesome breakfast and attentive service were great. It was so good that we are going back tomorrow for another stay.

I always enjoy staying at Hyatt Place Managua. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Even during very busy periods, the team consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. The level of service is warm, genuine, and personalized, and you can see the same care being extended to all guests. A special thank you to Joel and the Front Desk team, the restaurant staff, and the Housekeeping team for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Overall, if you're staying in Managua Nicaragua, I would highly recommend this hotel.
This Hyatt hotel sits on a slight hill that overlooks one of the largest local malls that has plenty of food options that you can walk to from the property. This makes it an excellent choice for convenience and not having to travel around the city as much to get a bite to eat. The hotel itself is clean, safe well maintained, and the staff is so attentive and eager to take care of any needs you may have. It also has an outstanding breakfast that runs from seven in the morning till 1030. With plenty of logo foods that are delicious and the standard items as well.

Enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Managua
The Hyatt Managua exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast options were good overall. The location was perfect - adjacent to great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

The aftertaste is not good..
Second stay and I am less happy. There are bunch of stuff missed for such hotel, like bathrobe, toothbrushes, slippers (especially there is no carpet in the room). We asked for couple plastic containers for food by phone in the room and the guy brought with terminal to pay 150 cordobas. I thought it could be covered paying this nightly price😅. However, another receptionist (maybe manager) told us it is on the house (I mean, it is few dollars, but the aftertaste was not good, lol). Overall the personal was good, we were fine, but the bug on the bad was not a fun discovery and when I showed photo to the receptionist, he just told "I am sorry" and keep working, probably because we discovered it on the last day... I didn't like the response. Not for this price hotel, one of most expensive hotels in Managua.. I am not sure if I want to return next time here.. something is missing.

Great hotel to stay in Managua
Super clean , excellent staff, unbeatable location, delicious food. You can walk to the mall, the best bars and restaurants are next to the hotel, simply, the best area to stay in Managua.

Great location and staff
The hotel is very clean. Staff goes above and beyond to assist guests and visitors. Best hotel breakfast. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Nicaragua.

Experience
Friendly staff. Good location. They have a great variety of food options for breakfast such as their traditional breakfast, fresh fruits, bred, plantain, cheeses, and many other options. Unfortunately, they wait until the juice runs out to replace it, forcing you to drink the only option that hasn’t run out yet. Besides that, everything was great! :)

This place is so nice!
The breakfast is so good you don’t need to go anywhere else! The view of the lake is also nice. The staff were so friendly. Checkin was a breeze. There were 3 beds in the room & that was perfect for our family. Very clean. Water was provided as well as refill stations near the elevators. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again when we return. The location close to the mall & grocery store was very convenient.
