Everything was good about this hotel except it's location. It is in the industrial-commercial district of town -- on the south central corridor going out to the airport. Big double-trailer trucks part along the road leading to it, and there's are both a huge Nissan plant and Compass manufacturing facility in the region. The air is a little wonky (smelly, acrid, eye-watering) at times, AND there's basically no good restaurants nearby. You have to take an Uber or taxi somewhere to find one.

Average Hyatt Place with good location. Lack of towels at the gym. The Bathroom soap is very small and there is no body cream or hair dryer. The closet is very narrow. The buffet should include apples and bananas.

Thansk to staff staff and resturant team, very nice place. great rooms great service and pool! Everything was perfect. Pool was heated and treated with towells and a nice area, full bar and cold beer.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hyatt, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mario, Ximena, Christi, and Romeo. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was flawless, providing excellent recommendations, keeping my room impeccable, and offering top-notch service at the restaurant. Their dedication and commitment to creating a memorable experience were truly commendable. I can't thank Mario, Ximena, Christi, and Romeo enough for making my stay truly unforgettable.

The hotel is centrally located and it is convenient to go to many places from here, the staff go out of their way to help and make sure that you have a great experience while staying here. I really appreciate all the help from Ruben Reyes who made sure that I was able to experience the city like a local, a big thank you to you.

second time being there, amazing staff and location. Rooms are incredibly low priced, walking distance to shopping mall (outlet mall), staff are very responsive and very pro-active in terms of seeing if you need anything. Rooms are large and clean, wifi is strong, 24 hour snack area, amazing buffet breakfasts

The accommodations looked like the photos. The layout and furnishings in the room were in excellent condition. Everything worked fine, which is unusual for any hotel. No hot water issues. The added bonus was a full buffet breakfast and room service later that evening. The food was above average. The staff was very friendly. Also the taxi service was on time for our pickup to return to the airport. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Newer Hotel in Aguas, meets Hyatt Place standard in facilities and breakfast options, reception desk is very helpful and courteous. Recommended for Business Travels to Aguas. Location is outside of Aguas downtown

Came to see family my Spanish isnt good but they worked very well with the language barrier with some who could speak a little English. They were all very friendly and helpful with any thing i needed. We came back late couple nights and they had a nice little food bar. Room was very clean and they were nice with a couch as well. Would stay again.

Upon checkout the staff seemed unsure of how to process Hyatt gift cards but promised to deduct the stay from a Hyatt gift card. A few days after my stay they charged my credit card. The gift cards state they are accepted in Mexico.
