Awesome hotel and staff.
First time staying here, It exceeded our expectations, The hotel is super clean. The staff are amazing! The rooms are very clean and bright. We will definitely stay here again! Great place!

Skip this site if you are scent sensitive
I checked in for four days and, immediately upon check in, had to request a new room because of the strong artificial smell in my room. The housekeeping staff who assisted me confirmed that the use of chemical air fresheners are used on site. Additionally, as the windows don't open, there is no ability to access fresh air. As a direct result of this, I had to check out two days earlier. The free breakfast was quite good though.

Good but not sound proof
Great rooms, breakfast was great, the hotel staff was also friendly and helpful. I loved that they have an hour of pool time for adults and their bar and restaurant is open until 2 AM. Would have been a perfect stay except we were woken up at 7 AM to some guy vomiting so loud it sounded like it was in our room. Also, the bathroom had a frosted glass door, which was less than ideal for both light when people would go to the bathroom during the night, as well as it didnt feel very private. Overall, good room but a few things were really bad.

Great Hotel Near Mall
This lovely hotel is very well located near the west Edmonton mall. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very large and spacious. I would highly recommend.

Weekend family trip
We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt in Edmonton. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The pool was lovely and a great feature for relaxing, especially when travelling with family. Breakfast was also excellent, with a very good variety of options. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would certainly stay here again.

Not worth the cost
Was told the pet fee was 70, then was charged 100. Was told fees and taxes were included in the cost, then it wasn't. So what was 550 became over 750.

Great room, slow to get breakfast.
Quiet, Clean, Comfy room. Only complaint is breakfast, when you have so many people, you need a better set up. It took at least 15 min to get to the plates and start dishing out. You should have dishes and cutlery at or before the entrance. And you should have food set up on an island so it can be dished out on both sides. Your breakfast room is set up like a small hotel not a big, busy one. It doesn't flow.

The hotel is closed to west edmonton mall and many restaurants, cafes. Great value of money
Very nice place, great service and great location. The staff was polite and professional. Great ppace for short stay. I will definitely recommend anyone.

Above and beyond
Amazing experience! The hotel had a really comfortable, inviting atmosphere. It felt bright, clean and modern, and the common areas were well maintained. It was busy but still felt peaceful and relaxing. Clean hotel, amazing hot breakfast and comfortable beds. The location is great if you are planning to spend anytime at the west Edmonton mall, and there are lots of other great amenities close to the hotel. Can’t wait to go back!

Good Value Hotel
Great value hotel. Breakfast buffet is pretty good for a free hotel breakfast. Pool although small, is great for keeping the kids entertained. Rooms were clean and spacious, we stayed in a double queen with pull out and it was great for the two kids and us.

Business trip Edmonton
Amazing location, clean and has everything you would need. Staff members Jackie and Jonathan are the best. Hotel breakfast is good, bar menu is good.

Easy mall proximity
Great spot for mall access, well run tidy hotel. Would stay again with no issues. Slightly away from main drag so plan accordingly.

Attention to detail
The shower body soap should be replaced with a milder version as it's offensive. Put two soap packets i in a bathroom (e shower and sink). Lobby entrance to the multiuse space they call a bar/restaurant/lounge is not staffed by a dedicated person as one or the other desk clerks have to drop everything to help with your needs. West elevator when loaded had reached the ground floor and w was not level to the building floor. The car was 5cm higher. Not good. Front entrance automatic sliding doors are slow and sound worn out, scrapping/dragging.
