This is a very nice hotel in a very convenient location. The staff was friendly and responsive. The room I stayed in was large and had a nice view.

A Very Nice Experience
Housekeeping staff was amazing. LOVE the location!! Easy to get to, and around over into DC. Everything around the hotel is right there, stores- good restaurants. Safe neighbor to walk. Parking was tight but nice. Breakfast had a lot of good choices to choose from.

Good breakfast, pleasent staff, comfy rooms, tight parking garage
Family enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good and the Yogurt was amazing. Breakfast can be a little chaotic with larger crowds but staff stays on top things keeping items available. Had minor issue with booking through Priceline but ladies at front desk quickly corrected the issue. Stayed in a double queen with sofa bed and had plenty of room for two adults, teenager and two other kids. Biggest issue I can see with this property is the parking garage. It is tight! If you cannot maneuver in tighter spaces, especially with a larger vehicle, you might want to consider other options or maybe street parking. Overall, pleasant experience, comfortable rooms, great breakfast and would stay again.

From Intercontinental to Hyatt Place
We moved from the Intercontinental at the wharf to the Hyatt Place because we extended our vacation and they didn’t have availability. The Hyatt Place in Arlington was actually a nicer hotel than the intercontinental in our opinion. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay for a family trip to DC!
We had a great weeklong stay here! Our room was clean and spacious. The location was great with several restaurants in walking distance and a short walk to the metro. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Parking was tight when full but doable for skilled drivers. We would definitely recommend to others to stay here.

Good hotel - just beware of deals
This Hyatt was clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite at the front desk, and the lady running the breakfast was so pleasant, making a point to greet everyone, showing them what was available for breakfast. My biggest complaint is parking. I paid for "park and stay" which usually means parking is included or it's a discount off of expensive parking. I paid an extra $23 thinking it would be $5 off the normal $28 parking fee. I still got an extra $14 for parking! I called the hotel and got transferred to the 800 line. The customer rep told me the $23 park and stay extra fee was so that I could get a 50% discount off of the $28 parking fee. I told her that made NO sense, why would I pay $23 to get a 50% discount off of $28?! I WANT to pay $37 for parking instead of $25 (with discount)?? She basically told me tough luck, call the hotel finance person during the week - I haven't been able to yet since I work during the week. Left a bad taste in my mouth for corporate Hyatt - that "park and stay" was deceiving, never had a deal like that at another hotel.

Great stay in DC
This was the quietest room we have ever had anf breakfast was better than expected. This was so convenient for the Metro and for walking to local coffee and food establishments.

Great Location and Stay
Very good service and very clean room. I spent a little time at the hotel lobby bar and had a great time interacting with staff and guests. The breakfast was good with lots of variety and space to dine. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

Highly recommended
Very centrical and very well located in Arlington, VA, very close to Rosslyn, VA, not too far from Falls Church, VA and Washington DC, few blocks away from the Clarendon Metro station, plenty of outstanding restaurants, businesses, and shopping centers all over the place. Hotel staff is very nice and very well trained, always willing to help in any possible way, Miss Ruth at the hotel’s reception was very nice, very professional, providing quality good customer service as soon as we arrived to the hotel, plus at the moment of our departure as well. Hotel and rooms are very comfortable and clean, excellent quality and fresh breakfast, hotel parking is very convenient and safe. Perfect place to stay.
