No Pets

The hotel does not allow pets or service animals.

Exotic Fruit Policy​

Please note that strong-smelling fruits, such as durians and/or mangosteens, are NOT permitted on hotel grounds.​

​Room Decoration Policy:​

A cleaning fee of IDR 1,500,000 per room applies for any outside décor items. Any damage will be charged based on the actual cost. Confetti, helium balloons, or any items that may cause property damage are strictly prohibited.​

Smoking Policy​

Please be advised that our hotel provides a dedicated smoking floor and designated smoking areas for guests who wish to smoke. All other rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking or vaping in any non-smoking room is prohibited and will incur a penalty charge equivalent to three (3) times the room rate.The hotel reserves the right to enforce this penalty even after checkout if a violation is detected. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.​

Parking Policy​

The hotel cannot be held responsible for loss or damage by fire, theft, collision or other cause to any vehicle or part thereof, or its contents. Please remove all valuables from vehicles. Hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal property.​
