Pet Policy
We welcome your dogs or cats at Hyatt Place New Taipei City Xinzhuang. Please book our “Furamily Premium Holiday” package for your pet’s stay. We offer bowls, beds and mats. Ask us about nearby trails and parks for open-air walks. All pets must be housebroken.
We ask that you don’t leave your service animal or pet unattended at any time. Please keep your pets in their baskets or trollies when you are in public spaces.
Fees: A “Furamily” package is NT$500, plus a 15.5% service charge and tax.
Pet Policy
• Two pets are permitted in each room.
• Pet guests are required to remain in a pet carrier or stroller while in the dining area. Please note that facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness center are currently not open to pet guests.

Disposable Guest Amenities
As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials in advance. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in.
Bottled Water
To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
