A great choice just north of TPA
The property is conveniently located across from the Premium Outlets and a short drive from The Grove and additional attractions. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful Weekend
This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I reserved three rooms for my family to enjoy our birthdays at Epperson Lagoon. Clean, gorgeous hotel and the staff are amazing, helpful and friendly.

Excellent Stay at Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel
We were in this area to attend a special event. AAA recommended this hotel & it seemed to have everything we were looking for. Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel was surrounded by great restaurants so you didn't have to travel far from the complex. The Staff at the hotel was genuinely friendly & welcoming, our room was clean & well maintained, and daily housekeeping did a nice job. The continental breakfast buffet had a great variety & was a wonderful way to start the morning. The pool area was very enjoyable, though the lounge chairs could be a bit more comfortable. The fitness center was clean, but smaller with limited equipment, but those were minor points, and they didn't take away from what was otherwise a very GREAT experience. So overall, we were very pleased with our stay & would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Wesley Chapel area.

Nice hotel but I wouldn’t pick this hotel again given the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
The hotel itself is nice however the rooms require more cleaning particularly the bathrooms. Also the linen needs to be exchanged you can tell this by the grey tinged appearance rather than the normal white color it should be. The linen and bathroom made the entire room feel unclean.

Outstanding Experience at Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel – Exceptional Service, Rooms & Food
Excellent Experience at the Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel The Florida Bail Agents Association recently held our conference at the Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel, and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our event ran smoothly and that our attendees were well taken care of. The rooms were excellent—clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Everyone I spoke with had positive things to say about their stay, and the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment after a busy day of meetings and activities. The food and catering were outstanding as well. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and served professionally. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations and was a real highlight of the conference. Most importantly, the staff deserves special recognition. They were attentive, courteous, and responsive throughout our entire stay. Whether it was assisting with the conference, answering questions, helping with rooms, or taking care of the little details, they consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to excellent service. The Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel was an excellent choice for our event, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel, whether for business, a conference, or a personal stay. This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect- with so much to eat, drink and do for fun right within a mile or less of the front door to the hotel! The pool and fitness center are both beautiful, the property is clean and very well maintained and managed. The only thing that could have been improved would be the breakfast. It was very unappealing and the food tasted of very low quality. It is a very kind touch to give free breakfast however, so it was still appreciated but would have been great to have a waffle machine instead of pre packaged waffles.

Good value, good location
Good location right across from the outlets. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, plenty of free parking. Hotel has a pool and a fitness center, and there's free hot breakfast every morning.

Family Reunion
My experience at Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel exceeded my expectations. The customer service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until I checked out. I would like to recognize the front desk staff, housekeeping team, and everyone who worked the breakfast service during my stay from July 23–26. Every staff member was friendly, professional, welcoming, and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the positive attitudes of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for providing outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying with Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel again in the future.

Sleepless night
I thought they were filming a porn shoot next room from my family.Loud, noisy, non/ relaxing night at the Hyatt. Had to move rooms in the afternoon because the baby oil party started again. Poor customer service, no towels at the pool. More like a low budget hotel after that night. Walked down to front desk and he obviously did nothing, Typical. The stay was definitely not worth the cost.

Great property, great service
Property seems new and well maintained with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast service and quality of selection excellent. The restaurant and bar were unexpected and really nice. Because of the positive experience, we have booked at a Hyatt Place in MI for the trip we have planned next.

Weekend in Tampa area
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. One person recognized us as we have been there a few times and he welcomed us back! That was very nice. The cleaning person was very efficient and friendly and brought extra towels when we asked. The bartenders were also friendly.

Great landing pad for a business trip
It was an economical stay with a surprisingly high standard of cleanliness, staff friendliness, and just generally good vibes. If I ever need to stay in the area, Hyatt Place will be my go-to.

limited EV charger and window/door not blocking noices
Room was clean, but the TV was not working, Windows are very thin so we could hear any noise from outside parties (we were near the back street that has some conference room) and noise from the hallway. Also be careful about the EV charger. 2 are tesla charger, 1 international one. so the international one is NOT working with no signs, 1 tesla charger can be overheated after a while, so basically only 1 is working. BUT this is first come first serve, even outside people can come if they want, and helpdesk wont help you to reach to them even they've there for a while. so good luck with that.

Great stay.
Great stay. Staff is friendly and helpful; hotel is very clean, modern. Location is ideal for shopping. Many restaurants within a short drive. The food on site is a great option if you don't feel like venturing out.

Convenient
Nice hotel in the middle of so many shopping and eating establishments. It's also easy to travel into Tampa from this location.

A Visit to Remember
My stay was beautiful. I wish that I had taken my dog. The location was fabulous. Within walking distance of a food court and shopping plaza.

Second Visit not so satisfying
Sharing feedback regarding my recent stays at the Hyatt in Wesley Chapel. During my first visit, I had an satisfying experience with Faye. She went above and beyond to assist me after I was misinformed regarding deposit fees and ensured I was placed in a clean, comfortable room. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing due to the service provided by Kinesha. She appeared annoyed and uninterested in assisting me. I was initially checked into a room on the second floor that was dirty and run-down. When I requested a room change, Kinesha seemed further frustrated and moved me to another room that was not properly cleaned and was specifically designated for hearing-impaired guests. Additionally, while the night manager clarified a misunderstanding regarding the late checkout policy, he also seemed disengaged. While I intend to continue staying at Hyatt hotels to build my loyalty points, I plan to avoid the Wesley Chapel location for future night check-ins based on this experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for your team.
