Pet Policy
Hyatt Place Topeka is a dog-friendly hotel.
Fees
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).
For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.
This fee does not include applicable taxes.
Weight Limits
A maximum of two dogs per room are permitted. Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a guest room provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds. The pet fee encompasses this, and pets exceeding are at the hotel’s discretion. All dogs must be housebroken.
Smoking Policy
Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping), and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
Check-in Requirements
A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room and tax, as well as an additional $50 for incidentals. DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and therefore will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout. Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend using a credit card at check-in and, to settle your balance, use your debit card at checkout.
