Nice Room for a Great Value in Tallinn
The hotel was well-kept. I've stayed at Hyatt Place hotels in the US and they didn't feel as nice as this one. The room was really clean and comfortable. It was a great value! No problem with noise, service was good. They provide tea and coffee in the room in a nice setting.
Ideal location
Ideal place to stay in Tallinn, friendly staff, brilliant breakfast, cleanliness of rooms and overall hotel, couldn't pick better location for visiting old tallinn town and travel to airport, city or ferry.

Great stay
Convenient location and the room was clean, new with great details. Room is also quiet. Will stay there again next time visiting Tallinn!

Great stay
Great hotel, new, clean, comfortable. Great fitness studio (for a hotel). The bathroom was very nice, and overall I found the hotel to be great value for money.

Ideal location between the ferry terminal and old town
If you are taking the ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn, this is the perfect hotel near both the ferry terminal and Tallinn old town. Hotel is modern and very clean.

Beautiful Tallinn!
This hotel is in the perfect location. The staff were warm and friendly. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean.

Super choice for all
Value is indisputably excellent - halfway between the old town and the Helsinki ferry, cleanliness and style superb, service professional (if a little cold), great breakfast (tight for tables at ‘rush hour’), rates really keen: Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, good location.
A new hotel. Very comfortable and most of the staff were pleasant. Could do with a little bit of extra friendliness training here and there. Beds comfy and rooms a good size. Gym well equipped. Breakfast very good. Good location. Very close to the tram for a direct tram ride to the airport at a cost of two euros! I took a taxi to arrive at the hotel and took the tram back to the airport.

Wonderful hotel in a nice locality
Clean and nice rooms. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Location is good just at ahrbour and short walk from old town. Ambieance and environment is peaceful and nice paid parking underground.

Adequate yet basic rooms. Do not expect an experience associated usually with Hyatt
The name Hyatt is misleading for this hotel. It does not match the standard you would expect from a hotel in the Hyatt chain, even when it is positioned below Grand Hyatt. The room is basic and adequate, but that’s it. Room is cleaned only once per three days, except towel change. Used coffee cups not replaced etc. Staff inexperienced. Electronic check in did not work and long Q at check in. Location is good. Bed is comfortable. Expect basic service at this hotel. Not up to usual Hyatt standard.

Great location, nice experience
The hotel is centrally located between the harbour and old town. It is a relatively new hotel so everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. We also used the gym, which was well equipped.

Couples Weekend
Overall 5/5 experience. Hotel and atmosphere were outstanding. The rooms and surface finishes were spectacular. Hotel staff and atmosphere were also top notch.

Clean and comfy! Friendly staff!
I came by ship so the location relative to the harbor is ideal. It takes a few minutes walk from terminal A. The hotel is new which is obvious by how clean the room and common spaces are. I love the rooftop where you can see the sea and you can bring your drink from the bar and relax.

Great, modern, central hotel
Brilliant central location for both the ferry to Helsinki and the Old Town. Very clean and modern. Supermarket and bars close by. The only thing in any hotel, not just here, is not enough coat hangers provided!

Excellent Hotel!!
Great location - close to everything I needed - easy walking distance to the ferry terminal and to the old city. Our room was gorgeous and in pristine condition. Perfect!

Great hotel with modernly equipped, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. Central location, many sights and restaurants are quickly reachable. The friendly staff offers attentive, fast service. Absolutely recommended!

Magnificent Hotel in Tallinn
An excellent hotel, with excellent service, the bathroom is the best I have seen including many 5* hotels, the lighting is exceptional and with an excellent location.

Superb Hotel
Very beautiful hotel, modern and very well located near the medieval city and the port. Services exceeded my expectations. Excellent breakfast with high-quality products. Very good value for money.
