From the moment I walked in the door, every single person was kind, welcoming and professional. Everyone wanted to be sure my needs and wants were met. The building is kept beautifully clean and the food was excellent!

room, service (staff) great... ability to change/modify/cancel not so great... wound up stay one night because I could refund the original 2 night stay.

This is my go-to hotel for business trips in the area. After renovations, the hotel is even nicer. 10/10 would recommend to a colleague Beware of gators in the pond next to the parking lot! And basically everywhere else in South Florida.

Great hotel and front desk staff! Friendly and efficient. The hotel was in great shape and a good place to get morning exercise.

The hotel is located in a good area which I felt safe and secure. It is near a Publix and Chili’s along with other retail outlets. Only a couple of minutes away from I 75. The hotel itself is well laid out and extremely clean the hotel staff is extremely friendly. I was greeted by a warm and friendly walking by Abigail and Carolyn and I would highly recommend a stay here. I would also recommend stopping by at the bar and haha drink with Tea

Sarasota location was great. It was clean and staff was great. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful especially Abigail. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean, quiet and nice. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Loved my stay. Everything was taken care of. The staff is fab and so is the breakfast menu. On arrival, the front desk told that their chef is one of the best and I completely agree. '

Hotel is in a great location with new modern amenities. Customer service at this location is phenomenal and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great service throughout our stay. Front desk service was great. Breakfast was better than expected. Tee at restaurant/bar was very efficient and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. There was minor renovation underway but it didn’t impact our stay at all.

This was our second stay at this hotel in the past month, and both times the hotel and team exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and useful, and the breakfast is very good. From the time you check in until you check out, the team has a smile on their face and they are willing to help with anything you need.

This Hyatt Place is a great choice. The breakfast is always excellent with many choices. The staff is always refilling coffee and cream and other items. The staff is super helpful and attentive to the guest's needs. This hotel is always clean and the rooms are very comfortable. We always go to this hotel and look forward for the yummy breakfast, Chef Bruce is very proud of his food and changes the menu each day. Love this place!

Location, atmosphere, and room was great. We really enjoyed the hotel. The only I would have liked better is if the laundry facilities were free.

This is a standout property for cleanliness, breakfast and customer service. The location cannot be beat - right next to UTC and can walk to Publix and First Watch. Abigail and Carolina are AMAZING for customer service - 4 Seasons level. I regularly stay here for a personal vacation and book friends and family here multiple times per year.

I will not be staying at this location for future conferences in the area. About 30 of my coworkers and I stayed 3 days/3 nights at this location and ALL of us didn't have any hot water the entire stay - We were lucky if the water was borderline lukewarm, but if you tried to shower at a busy time like I did the first morning of my stay (around 6 a.m.), the water temperature didn't even reach lukewarm. Terrible start to my morning. Then, on the last night of our stay, I was abruptly woken up from my sleep at 2:30 a.m. to the fire alarm going off. The hotel evacuated and stood outside for about 30 minutes while the fire department came. We were cleared to go back inside. Then, just as I was starting to fall back asleep, the fire alarm went off AGAIN at 3:30 a.m., and again, we evacuated and waiting outside for 20ish minutes. This time, we were told it was an electrical issue that was causing the alarm to go off. The alarm went off TWO. MORE. TIMES. at 5 a.m. and 5:30 a.m... Essentially, no one was able to get any sleep, and during my check-out the next morning, the staff did not even acknowledge the situation or apologize for how absolutely inconvenient this was. I can understand that electrical issues happen, but that coupled with no hot water all week was completely unacceptable. Do better Hyatt Place. You've lost many customers from this experience.

No hot water, mold in my room, fire alarm went off 5 times in one night due to a faulty sensor! It was one of the worst stay in my adult life! Staff was very nice but that is the only positive aspect of this hotel!

We had a nice stay, staff were nice and pleasant, breakfast was very nice. I have stayed there in the past and would stay there again.

Great location for day trips to Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island. Close to SRQ and TPA airports. Best free breakfast ever. Friendly staff. Many restaurants and stores within 5 minute drive.

The property was very clean, and welcoming. The rooms were comfy and clean. Lots of variety for breakfast including gluten free options.

Our stay in Lakewood Ranch/ Sarasota was great! Hyatt Place totally exceeded our expectations. The complimentary breakfast was so well curated than most of other establishment. The front desk team was very friendly and made an effort to acquaint with the guests. Definitely will come back if we are back in the area. Highly recommend!

Best breakfast, very clean and nice staff. It’s very close to the shopping area and the restaurant Naked Farm and Pura vida Miami that has delicious healthy food. The drive is 5 min
