To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, following the departure of a guest and their dog after a stay of seven or more nights, there are certain steps that we must take to ensure the room is left clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the room to remove any fleas, etc. The cost of performing this extra cleaning is $100. For this reason, we add a non-refundable cleaning charge to the account when a guest checks in for seven or more nights with a dog.

Weight Limits:

  • Individual pet weight limit: 50 Pounds
  • Combined pets weight limit: 75 Pounds
  • Maximum number of pets is 2.

All dogs must be housebroken. We reserve the right to refuse dogs that do not meet customary standards for household dogs, based on species, odor or aggressiveness. Your dog must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room, or you can make arrangements to be present when your room is serviced.

Any guest in violation of this policy may be subject to additional fees due to damage that may be caused.Dogs are not allowed in public areas, food service areas or pool.
