This is a great hotel. It is near so many restaurants and shopping. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I will stay here again.

The Hyatt Regency in Farmington was… fine, but honestly a little underwhelming. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but it really lacks atmosphere or excitement. We expected a Hyatt Regency to feel a little more lively and upscale, especially in the common areas. The bar was probably the biggest disappointment. It was completely dead and didn’t have much energy at all, so it wasn’t really somewhere you wanted to hang out and have a drink. The hotel also seemed noticeably understaffed, which added to the feeling that there just wasn’t much going on. Nothing was necessarily bad, but there also wasn’t much that made the stay feel special or memorable. For a Hyatt Regency, I expected more in terms of atmosphere, service presence, and overall experience. It’s perfectly adequate if you just need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, but if you’re looking for a hotel with some energy, nightlife, or a fun bar atmosphere, this probably isn’t it.

This hotel was in the perfect location. Can't wait to stay again. The kids loved the pool and mall experience. Super close to Lagoon which was a huge plus.

This hotel may look fancy and extra nice from all the pictures but it is not worth the extra money to stay here. The rooms are nothing special. Bathroom is quite small and orange mold and mildew in shower. Breakfast is subpar at best. Staff wasn't stocking it frequently and it was messy with spills everywhere. Hardly any fruit and not even a waffle machine!!! Save your money and stay somewhere that costs a lot less.

Great place to stay everything is in walkong distance of resturants and shopping. coffee and out door play area. Beautiful place

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to several shops, restaurants, even a grocery store. We highly recommend them not just for their location but for the cleanliness, breakfast options, and how close it is to Lagoon. We are a family of 5 and the rooms were spacious and very well thought out for a family our size. Ages of our kids 19, 15, and 9.

Lovely hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops just steps away. Decorated beautifully, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. A very cool hotel, which exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was included, and delicious.

Most rooms have new comfortable beds but not all. Our friend had an old bed that sunk. Breakfast is better than most places but we miss the real eggs, they now do the fake boxed eggs. Spa was clean and hot this time, pool still cold and could not be used. Elevator gets sprayed w a toxic pestiside during business hours and made us sick. It's overpriced but we like staying there, we come for a conf and its a great location for that, lots of restaurants to go to in walking distance.

What a great hotel! The location was brilliant. The staff were professional and kind. The room was clean and modern. Having a refrigerator was a plus. I would definitely go back.Grear stay

Convenient location. You can easily walk to the various shops that are available ranging from groceries, outdoor equipments, to shopping centers. A lot of eateries nearby. Parking is convenient. This hyatt place so far was the best version among the ones I have booked during my current road trips. Staffs were courteous and welcoming upon check-in, my request to be at the first floor was met, their breakfast seemed to be better quality as well (including boiled eggs being warm), and pleasant working spaces. Fitness center was spacey. Perfect for families and for business travel in my opinion. I will definitely consider coming back if I ever stop by.

The is an overpriced hotel!! The location is the only value. Basic hotel. No valet. You have to share parking with all businesses of the mall. Less than basic breakfast. Spent $460 a night for basic hotel. Not worth it.

Very clean and staff is super friendly. I were there just to shop and it’s so convenient to shop a little then go to the hotel and rest then go out again.

We would recommend you stay elsewhere. Our experience was very poor at every level. For the love of baby Buddha, please stay somewhere else.

With a bookstore next to the lobby and many small local businesses close by, (Nielsens Frozen Custard is my wife's favorite) The Farmington Hyatt has been our "short get away" for years.

Wondeful and clean. Decent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy Comfy king bed!!! We had a King Bed and pull out sofa bed for the kids.. Nice pool & hot tub. Great location. Close free parking. Many choices of places to eat within walking distance. Shopping too!

at our hotel room bathroom had a hairline crack in the sink and they used packing tape underneath it to fix it. The Farmington Hotel was $250 a night. All of the basic rooms were 1/3 smaller and than the downtown Salt Lake location the Salt Lake airport location and the Park city location. They were $150 a night with better conveniences and amenities in the room. Also the other location had bigger room sizes. I wish I went to either of those locations instead :-(

This is a clean well run business hotel. My recent week-long stay was flawless. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable.

Wonderful location with multiple food choices and close proximity to U of U Farmington Campus. Lots of shopping and the feeling of being in a small European village. Very clean and quiet hotel.

The hotel itself is clean and in a good location, which I appreciated. However, my experience at check‑in was disappointing. When I arrived, the front desk associate was polite, but there were issues with their system, and I was asked to tap my credit card multiple times even after the payment showed as approved. Those repeated attempts ended up maxing out my corporate card, leaving me unable to use it for the remainder of my business trip. On top of that, my room was never cleaned throughout my stay. I found this surprising, especially since several colleagues staying at the same hotel did have their rooms serviced. Given these issues, the stay didn’t meet the level of service I typically expect, which was disappointing because I normally have great experiences at Hyatt's.

Great location, nice staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Hotel ambience was pleasing. Breakfast was good. A bit pricey though.
