We had a delightful stay. Large, bright airy room with a great view. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. We had a very nice dinner. Highly recommend.

Great stay if visiting the parks
The staff at the Hyatt Moab were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near the National Parks and was quiet at night. We slept well and had a great breakfast before exploring the parks.

Very close to Arches National Park
Great location close to Arches National Park only 5 minutes away. Very clean and nice hotel. Good breakfast choices. Peaceful pool area. Pretty busy hotel parking lot very full.

Great place to stay!
Beautiful hotel, nice restaurant and complimentary breakfast was very good. Comfortable beds, and great location for getting into Arches National Park. We really enjoyed laying by the resort style pool and using the large hot tub after a day in the park.

Great stat in Moab
This hotel is awesome. The location is incredible, less than five minutes to the gates of Arches National Park and about 40 minutes to Canyonlands. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The breakfast was the best we had in any hotel during our trip. We stayed in one of the Casitas and they are perfect for families. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here whenever in Moab.

Beautiful hotel! Nice breakfast with the tasty Beyond Meat sausage. Good jacuzzi experience. Staff are friendly and helpful!

Perfect for National Parks Visit
Hyatt Place Moab was clean, convenient to town and the national parks. Staff was friendly. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. Would stay again.

A perfect Stay, Our Second Time Here
A top notch hotel in Moab at a competitive daily rate. The amenities and accommodations are top notch. Super comfy beds, looks brand new throughout, the Pool and Hot Tib area outside are incredible and the view and landscaping are beautiful.

Hiking Vacation
Beautiful hotel! Breakfast hours were longer than in most hotels, which worked for us on hiking days (when we were leaving early) and rest days (when we wanted breakfast later). The pool and hot tub area were very appreciated after a long day of hiking, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was spot on!

I really like Hyatt's breakfast. You get a good selection of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and more. Since I cannot have dairy in products, I really appreciated them serving Oat Milk. The room was for clean and very close to Arches.

Best Stay in Moab
We had a wonderful stay. Everything about this hotel was great. Good complimentary breakfast, wonderful pool & hotel tub, great views, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel is maintained well. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms but views do not match to photos!
The view was not as expected and did not match expectation. Breakfast was very low quality and disgusting. Tried to make my coffee in the room and found a roach inside the coffee machine water container. But, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great option.
Great location, atmosphere and clean. Very family friendly. Easily able to walk to different restaurants. Noise level very low. Room was very spacious.

Avoid at all costs.
Loose wires dangling from the nightstands, broken blinds, gross white substances in the bathroom, loose door handles on the bathroom door, racks on the shower literally falling off the walls. View from the "with a view" rooms looks directly onto the freeway, and is not the view advertised on their website. $300 for a Sunday night. Appalling and disgusting hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Great hotel in Moab
Very friendly staff. So nice to have such a great pool area when it was so hot in Moab. Breakfast is free and kind of what you would expect for a free breakfast. Not amazing, but good. I will be returning for sure.

Very nice, modern and new -- but needs an HVAC clean
Overall nice hotel. Still looks new and has a resort-type feel. The pool area and gym are very nice. I wish the breakfast was optional, really frustrating when we have to pay for it but it's mostly things we won't eat. HVAC needs a cleaning, I briefly turned on the heat to take the chill out of the room and about 1000 dead tiny flies blasted out all over the room.

I want to sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with the heating unit. What you encountered were gnats, which are extremely small and can occasionally appear during certain times of the year. While we do have professional HVAC cleanings scheduled every quarter, these tiny pests are unfortunately difficult to completely catch before a unit is turned on. Regarding breakfast, our morning spread is currently included as a standard amenity for all guests, but I understand your frustration when the options do not match your personal preferences. Wonderful Stay
Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The pool area was wonderful, and breakfast was very good. We had a room facing the hill so no views, but it wasn’t facing the noisy highway, so very happy about that. Beds are comfortable but very soft if that’s your thing.

Perfect Location for Visiting the National Park
Very clean and comfortable hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast was good, and there were several other good dining options nearby. The location made it very easy to get to the national park. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
