Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of  $45.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

• Daily Shuttle Service to Escambrón and Viejo San Juan
• Beach Towel Service provided for guests to take to the beach
• Long Distance Calls
• 15% Discount at Cloud Spa for all treatments
• 50% Discount on Facility Usage at Cloud Spa with parking included (facility includes Salt Water Floatarium, Rain Shower Hallways, Steam Room, Lockers, and Relaxation Lounge)
• Flavored Water in the Lobby
• Virtual Yoga Class with Alo Moves
• Recreational Activities (including ping pong and various games)

Your furry friends are welcome to our place! 

Fees

• For guests staying 1 to 6 nights, a nonrefundable pet fee of $100, plus taxes, will apply.
• For guests staying 7 to 30 nights, there will be a nonrefundable pet fee of $100, plus taxes, and an additional cleaning fee of $100.
• For stays of 31 nights or more, please contact the hotel for details. 

Weight Restrictions

Please note that a maximum of two dogs, with a combined weight of up to 75 pounds, are allowed per room. Individual dogs cannot exceed 50 pounds, and all dogs must be housebroken.

• Comfortable and spacious pet-friendly accommodations.
• Access to designated areas for walking and exercise.
• Recommendations for nearby pet-friendly parks, groomers, and pet supply stores.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines

• Keep your pets on a leash or in a carrier in public areas.
• Avoid leaving your pets unattended in your room. If necessary, please notify the front desk.
• Promptly clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in designated areas.

Please note that availability for our pet-friendly accommodations may be limited, so we recommend making your reservation in advance. When making your reservation, kindly inform our team that you will be bringing your pets, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
