Had an excellent time with the family. The staff members were extremely helpful, friendly, and very accommodating with my request to keep our family together with connecting rooms. The hospitality was wonderful. Keep up the great work!

Nice hotel, excellent staff, great location. Quick and smooth cheking process. Great room with a nice view. It definetily exceeded our expectations.

Only overnight stay for rest after a near town party. In this area, is the best choice, my only choice. This is mini luxury hotel with great staff, great rooms, very clean, quiet, and definitely the best hotel in all this area.

There is a reason I make the Manati, PR Hyatt Place my go to place when visiting the Island. The staff, accomodations and amenities makes me choosing this place a no brainer. The icing on the cake it's its location, next to main freeway, shops, restaurants, casino, beaches and across the street is the main hospital. Can't go wrong if you want a location away from San Juan to explore the northern part of Puerto Rico.

Great experience. Wonderful staff. Clean and friendly environment. Really nice rooms. Good breakfast in the morning. Items refilled regularly. Best coffee. Easy access to areas with keycard. Security guards on site at all times. Place is managed really well and customers are at the center of their business

I've stayed at Hyatt Place Manatí a number of times and it's always clean, comfortable, and convenient. The Front Desk staff is helpful, breakfast is always varied and plentiful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Hyatt Place Manatí is a well located hotel that is nearby beaches shopping mall, hospital, parks, among other great places. Very friendly staff.

Hyatt Place Manati is the only hotel I will stay in near Arecibo, Puerto Rico. It has everything I need, and they take pride in cleanliness.

Bad AC. Awful mildew smell. Stained sheets. Housekeeping and maintenance are clearly very lax. Location is excellent, but without much competition in the vicinity, it doesn’t seem like they are ever trying.

Excellent!! Rooms always are clean and the overall hotel is great. Good location in Manati by the highway, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, very clean, moden and comfortable. Very close to the beaches, shops and casino. A lot of places to eat nearby.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. This is our second time around and hopefully, will not be the last. The staff members are very kind and friendly. The rooms were excellent.

Outstanding! Parking was easy, the hotel was very well kept, my room was cool and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious! I will definitely stay her again, and will look for other Hyatt Place hotels elsewhere whenever I travel.

Very beautiful hotel and clean in a nice area, plenty of stores and restaurants around. Check in was fast and employees were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Recommend highly.

The location is next to casino and steakhouse. Atmosphere is calm and inviting. Noise level is medium as there are alotnof roosters roaming the property. Staff is friendly and helpful and most are bilingual. Our room had 2 queens and a pull out couch. So we are felt comfortably.

The common areas were very clean and modern. The staff was great (especially the housekeeping/support staff). My room was clean and serviced every day. Plenty of electrical outlets but no USB ports; satellite TV with lots of channels. There is a small workout room that seemed to have a lot of exercise equipment and also a pool, which I didn't see. It's located at a busy intersection in Manati and there is a Medical center across the street. Plenty of fast food available nearby and there is a Walmart and Walgreen nearby. Very close to a major highway making it easy to get around the island. The area is not very walkable though and very impersonal; if you're planning on sightseeing, you will definitely need a car. Major complaint was the free breakfast; I guess you get what you pay for.

First time at this hotel and won't be the last. We loved it. The only thing that should be improved is the breakfast. But better than nothing. And it's included.

Overpriced for average amenities - the free breakfast and the blackout curtains were the only saving grace. Staff was very friendly and housekeepers did a good job cleaning the room . The tech however is outdated and barely functional, and the WIFI was very slow. Overall, 3 out of 5 stars.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Manati due to my dad going through a surgery at a nearby hospital. I had a wonderful experience thanks the staff who were attentive, welcoming and professional. They made check-in smooth and efficient after I was experiencing a few long tiring days. The assistant manager in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable through my stay. What stood out the most was her genuine dedication to great customer service, she truly shows that she cares and fully understands her role and is a great example for other teammates. I recommend the Hyatt Place Manati to anyone that is looking for a quiet and relaxing place.
