We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were over the top kind and helpful. Parking was free and easy. WiFi was fast and reliable. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The location made everything walkable and the breakfast was delicious. Great value too.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay at this property. People at this place are so friendly, attentive, and helpful. They really know what they’re doing. They have a great variety of breakfast items, beds are so comfortable, and delicious food.

Great experience overall. The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful as always. Security is a big plus for me because it makes the place feel safe and comfortable. That was definitely one of my favorite things about it

Great experience at Hyatt Place San Jose/Pinares business visit. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was awesome and the room was very good with good view and was very clean.

Good food, great location, not much vacancy, good support (night shift), good service during the breakfast. The plaza is great to visit different food. Walmart just next to the hotel.

The location was right off the freeway and walkable for nearby restaurants. The property is gated and pristine! Clean outside and in, with friendly staff who spoke English. The breakfast is phenomenal and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and most importantly, quiet. Parking is free and convenient. We will stay here again next time we visit San Jose.

It is a very central location with many restaurants, rental car services, and other services close by. Well priced hotel, clean, and excellent customer service.

Positive experience at the hotel. Everything was clean and well sanitized, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The only negative point, in my particular case, was the noise coming from the highway. However, I believe this may not be an issue in other rooms.

Hotel is in good location, easy access to town. Rooms are spacious, had two double beds for myself. It's clean and tidy. Food was great. Staff was brilliant, friendly and helpful, really pleasant experience.

Very pleasant overall experience. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is modern with plenty of amenities. The free breakfast was excellent and had a great selection of freshly prepared hot dishes along with the standard breads, pastries, yogurt, fruits etc.

As usual, another outstanding stay at the Hyatt Place San Jose/Pinares. Quiet hotel in a nice location near restaurants and fast food. Breakfast is fantastic, especially the omletes made to order. Appreciated the early check in and late check out. Staff always willing to help in any way.

Room was clean and the location was guarded and safe Traffic in San jose is a disaster during the dry season Walmart is just across for bottled water and common items you may have forgot.

Nice hotel in very convenient location (with many restaurants within easy walking distance). Hotel is generally clean, and breakfast is diverse and generous. Some in-room details are not ideal, but overall comfortable.

Severe humidity issues in the 4 rooms we stayed in. Air conditioning does not function correctly. Humidity damage apparent in our rooms, peeling paint. musty smells. Stay away if allergic or sensitive to mold. We had to change hotels due to the unhealthy conditions.

Comfortable stay, good meals in restaurant. We were disappointed that the restaurant did not have any red wine for our dinner! The only other issue was the confusion around parking. We were told to download an app which was not working correctly. We wasted a lot of time trying to clear it up, and ultimately the parking guard just waved us through.

Excellent staff, comfortable and clean room...the location was great for why I was there...lots of restaurants with English menus...traveling solo I felt very safe and even ventured out on foot to nearby grocery stores. I was surprised that the staff knew it was my birthday and had a small cake and card waiting for me in my room...they really did go above and beyond the call of duty.

Staff were always attentive and genualy friendly. The Hotel has: Easy access to grocery store, restaurants and local shops. We walked over 25 miles in three days and explored around through neighborhoods and small communities. We recommend to plan a visit to local small businesses and restaurants best food.

My 70 nights stayed in this hotel it was fantastic and pinomenal! All staffs are warmly hospitable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and amenities were top notch, w/ helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again🥰🙏🫶

Had a very good stay at the Hyatt San Jose. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast was huge compared to other hotels that offer a buffet. Parking was free. Would definitely recommend staying here.
