horrible front desk workers.. more worried to do their computer duties that help you or your baby crying.. very dissapointed

Deco of the hotel is old, not well maintained. Location is a bit far from main city, take a share ride or drive yourself recommended. Good rate for a little touch of swimming pool and gym, but don’t expect nice room or good service.

The property is great for long term stay by whom are looking for a good Cost-benefit. Special thanks to Seven from the front desk team. She has been always kind and helpful, and made my long-term stay much convenient! Highly recommend this property! Will be back again!

Worst nightmare, just avoid going. The location is great as it will take ages to travel and it is remote to underground. Amenities are faraway from this hotel. Expect nothing but disappointment if you choose to stay here. So try your best to avoid.

Overall the stay was nice, the room was super clean and big. However, early check in was confirmed but did not received and waited 20 mins, no any form of greeting at the check in counter for explorist. Did send fruit plate after.

All staff I communicated are friendly and professional. Bathroom is clean. I would come back in my next trip.

The overall design of the lobby and room has all exceeded my expectations, it’s clean, quiet, big enough place to stay. I’d recommend it to my friends and families if I’d travel back to Shanghai again!

Hyatt Place Shanghai New Hongqiao is located near Qingpu Outlets.The hotel is about 20-minute drive from Hongqiao Airport Terminal 2.The breakfast is simple but enough.The hotel is very cost-effective and suitable for long stay.

The hotel in general provides excellent experience. The room was nice and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and tasty. The disadvantage of this hotel is in my opinion its location. It's located on the outskirt of the downtown and also it is quite far from the metro station (about 30 minutes walk). Otherwise it is an excellent hotel to stay in.

The location is away from public transport so you need to take a taxi. If you walk a little around, there is also an outlet mall, where you can eat rice. Breakfast was also served and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The reception is great. The doorman was kind enough to tell me about a good restaurant nearby and show me along the way.

A bit away from the city centre but the price is very attractive. Breakfast is really clean and good to eat. There's a pool gym, but it doesn't work well. The smell of smoke was a little bad, but it was nice to rest in the large hall on the side of the breakfast.

整体上非常的安静，适宜休息。交通并不是很便利，地铁到站后需走大约2公里的路程。周边有一个很大的奥特兰斯，可以逛逛吧，人气蛮高的。服务员都比较热情。价格也比较实惠。

服務人員很友善，交通不方便，附近能去吃飯的選擇不多，建議可以增加接駁車，可增加交通方便度，房間很舒適

房间有异味，导致体验非常的不舒服！工作人员的态度还是非常友善的！特别是早餐时候的工作人员 态度不错！地理位置一般！

新虹桥凯悦位于上海市青浦区，夜间上海虹桥机场打车高速过来81元，因为落地已经凌晨，提前打电话保留订单。当时到店入住办理非常迅速，房间提前升级，并赠送了水果。房间很干净，稍微有新房的味道，一直开着空调，房间设施齐备，沙发长的可以住人，可惜没有浴缸。酒店L层有早餐，当天客人比较多，10点收餐，9点多供应已经跟不上了。同层还有游泳池和健身房，刷卡进入。房间很安静，床品柔软，适合休息，总体入住愉快。
