Might be my favorite hotel to stay ever.
This may have been one of my favorite places to stay ever. It is situated in the most beautiful setting. Mountain views everywhere. Other restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were large & the staff was very friendly. Although we were there to hike at Zion I think it would be a great place to just be at if you couldn't hike. Just to sit outside and enjoy the views. So relaxing.
Perfect hotel to enjoy a visit to Zion from.
This place is absolutely beautiful. The location and setting is perfect. The room was very comfortable, except for the air-conditioning unit was too close to the bed and blew on us, but the layout otherwise was great with a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable . Bathroom was well equipped with lots of space. We enjoyed time out on their patio, looking at the beautiful red rock Mountains. The hot tub and pool was nice too . We started each day with a wonderful breakfast and it’s conveniently located to catch the shuttle to go up to Zion. It’s also located next to a good selection of restaurants.
Great stay here
Convenient location to the park. Less than 10 min drive or take the free shuttle into the park. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is included, continential buffet style. Breakfast area looks out into their patio with a view of the mountains. Don't overlook the restaurant in the hotel, it won't dissapoint. Probably one of the juiciest and flavorful burgers I've had.
Highly recommend! Great place to stay!
Beautiful hotel! Everything was great including rooms, free breakfast, pool, location, views and staff! Made our last few nights in Utah extra nice!
Great Location, just a few suggestions for the Hotel
This Hyatt is very clean, well kept and in a great location! The rooms are very comfortable and staff was very friendly. The only two items that made it an average rating is that I was not aware of the $20 parking fee (was not posted anywhere when making the reservation) and I was not informed during check in when handed the parking pass. The second item was the many rules that comes along with getting a drink at the bar. This could be due to Utah laws or hotel policy but you cannot get any drinks to bring back to your room or to the fire pit outside. They must be consumed within the bar area, which explains why we were the only ones in the bar playing shuffleboard during Sunday night football. The breakfast station had many options to choose from and it was a great way to start the morning before the hike!
Great place to stay
The hotel had a good breakfast with an excellent view. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking in the park. The hotel is only a few miles from the national park. If you don't absolutely need something from your car, I recommend taking the shuttle into the park. Finding a spot in the park can be difficult.
Zion Visit 09 20 26
Springdale is a very good - if not the best - option for visiting Zion National Park. It is near the entrance to the park and the city has made special efforts to connect visitors with an efficient shuttle system that is clean, safe and accommodating. This property is very nice; exactly what we would expect from Hyatt. The hotel is located near a shuttle stop, making it convenient to get around Springdale and to the park. It is also located a short walk to good restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The buffet is a full breakfast with several options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again. Besides the room being fresh, clean and very comfortable, it was also well appointed.
The Perfect Stay in Zion
The Hyatt was excellent! Everything from the reception from the front desk to the quality and cleanliness of the room were exactly what a hotel should be about. We felt valued and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent (although it would have been nice to have a banana to take with us on a hike) - lots of great options and most importantly tasted good!
Beautiful hotel !
Wow! What a beautiful hotel! Beautiful location, friendly staff, lovely quiet room, and great breakfast. Very close to Zion National Park and shuttle stop outside of the hotel.
Snug like a bug
The location was perfect for us. Many options all within walking distance or use the shuttle. Hotel was clean and comfortable. What stood out as a plus for us was the ability to grab breakfast in the morning, laundry facilities available, there’s a combo machine on every floor to load the bladders for hiking with water and ice. Super helpful. Parking was amble at the hotel too. Want to cool off from a day hike or hot tub for sore muscles, they have both. Gym was decent. A couple cardio machines, one bench with dumbbells that go from 5-50 pounds. They have weighted balls and kettle bells too. One recommendation if you like the movement of air is to bring a portable fan. Rooms cooled fine but lacked a ceiling fan. I would recommend staying here and stay here again.
Definitely stay!
Amazing week! Will definitely go back! Clean, fresh look, helpful employees, and great service! I have stayed here twice! Will make a third trip!
One of the best places to stay - go ahead you will not be disappointed
This facility is brand new with an awesome location. Good amenities, large clean rooms. Fantastic views. Plenty of parking and close to restaurants and shops. Bus stop to Zion and all Springdale on the free bus is steps away from your room.
Great hotel for families!
Great hotel for families with included breakfast and a great pool. So close to all the national park attractions. Plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby too.
Recommend for Anyone
Beautiful view of the park, rooms modern and nice with large shower. Breakfast was good, with views of the park while eating. Pool and hot tubs quite good as well. Service by all staff was friendly and quick. Fairly close to stop 6 for the shuttle to the park
Great Views and Beautiful Hotel
Lovely view of Zion from the hotel, our room was considered no view, but with the canyon on both sides, we had a view across the parking lot that was still really nice. Beautiful breakfast with an option to eat on the veranda. Hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking.
Great hotel at Zion with the best views
Great location! The hotel is new. The staff is great. Can’t beat the view! Everything is within walking distance: restaurants and shops.
Great Option for families
Great location! Room was spacious. Was happy we brought our personal vacuum, but room clean overall. Elevator was out for a small portion of our trip, but thankfully it was functioning when we needed it. For our last morning, the breakfast was about 30min late getting set out. Wish there were more GF options, but was happy to see Almond Milk.
Great Stay!
Great location to hop into Zion early in the day before parking lots gets crowded. Hotel, pool, staff, location were all great! We enjoyed our stay!
Great hotel if a little pricey!
Great hotel with positive staff. Food and service in the bar average. Breakfast good. Pool good. Reception staff good.
Very nice hotel
Great hotel, great location, nice breakfast, nice pool area, room was beautiful and modern. Parking fee is required however (common in the area)
