Enjoyable and comfortable stay
Enjoyable and comfortable stay. Good location for accessing SFO city and surrounds. Friendly staff and excellent cleanliness. Loved the outdoor seating area with fireside.
I’d recommend this well-situated, comfortable hotel
A wonderful hotel. I thought their bed and pillows were exceptional. Lovely breakfast area with fire tables! I’d definitely recommend.
Great service and fantastic location for Mission Bay and Oracle Park
I had a great experience staying here during an extended business trip to San Francisco. The front-desk service provided by Solange and Itai was amazing, I am so grateful to them for accommodating a number of requests that helped make my stay truly comfortable and memorable. The location next to Oracle Park is so convenient that I had to take in a couple of ballgames during the weekend portion of my trip!

Good standards
Hotel was very clean and the staff were very courteous and friendly. A comfy place to stay, and the breakfast is excellent.

Great location, polite staff
This is a great location in the heart of SF. It felt more upscale than any other Hyatt Place I've been at. The rooms were very nice and the upper floors have a great view of the city. The staff was warm and friendly.

Great, but prepare for parking
Parking is not included and is not on-site. Maybe people from the area think that’s obvious, but we had no clue upon arrival. Make it easier on yourself by finding a parking garage first, because we couldn’t even get into the loading zone. Also, be prepared for the event price at the parking garage to be $100. Other than wishing we had that warning initially, the hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was surprisingly great!

We understand how frustrating it can be to arrive and discover that parking is not on-site, particularly when event pricing can make nearby parking significantly more expensive. We do try to be as transparent as possible by providing detailed parking information on our direct website, and we also include parking information in our pre-arrival welcome emails when we have your email address on file. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make this information even more prominent and easier for guests to find before arrival. Modern, Comfortable Stay in a Great San Francisco Location
One of the nicer Hyatt Place properties I’ve stayed at. The room felt almost brand new, and the bathroom was especially nice. Breakfast was better than the typical Hyatt Place offering, and the outdoor space was a standout—plenty of tables and couches, plus a fire area. The location is very convenient for the baseball park, downtown, and public transit. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Highly Recommended!
The Hyatt Place is right across from Oracle Field, where we went to see our Detroit Tigers play. The location has several eateries which we visited many of them. The area is surrounded by friendly people and we also took a Waymo to the Pier 39. I highly recommend Hyatt Place as the entire team were professional, friendly and welcomed us as this was our first visit to San Francisco.

Great place to stay.
Very convince place to stay if you're going to a SF Giants game. Plus the staff are wonderful and helpful... The House keeping was very outstanding. The greet you in the hallway and check if you need anything for your room.

Fantastic location and service
Fantastic location, modern + clean hotel and fantastic customer service. We were there for a staycation and used it as our home base for outside lands.

Appealing & Safe Location
An amazing hotel. The location and comfort of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the SF Giants stadium and the Chase Center. Great front desk staff.

Parking is limited on site
Great location for the Giants games. Friendly spot and fun place to stay with plenty of dining options nearby. Only issue is limited onsite parking.

Never disappointed with this hotel.! They are consistent!
Love the location it is it is right around the corner from Oracle Park. Restaurants are within walking distance. The parking garage is available across the street when hotel parking is full. this Location has a very welcoming atmosphere for staff makes you feel taken care of. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast options are many! no traffic noise. If there is an issue, staff responds immediately. This is our number one go to when we stay in San Francisco for appointments.

Very Impressed !
I was very impressed with the level of service i received from frontline , housekeeping and even the maintainence staff who i interacted with a few times.. ALL my needs were met and the room were super clean for 6 nights in a row ! Love the location which is next to the baseball stadium and near a T line.

Ana at the Front Desk is a rock star.
Ana at the front desk was so helpful. I would have never found my UBER driver if not for her help. She definitely went above and beyond even looking at my phone to determine where my driver was waiting for me. I was dead in the water without her.

Great hotel for a Giant’s baseball game!
Great hotel for a game at Oracle Park, but bring a sweatshirt! Close to public transportation so it is easy to get to other spots in SF.

Highly recommend
Hyatt Pace was a great place for our family to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in, the rooms were large enough and clean. We had a beautiful view. Breakfast was amazing. As soon as something ran out, it was immediately replaced. We were helped right away whenever we asked for anything. We felt safe walking around the area. Overall a great stay.

One block away from Oracle! Very nicely decorated, clean hotel. Nice breakfast included. Helpful staff. I would stay here again.
