Seattle Holiday 2026
Staff were lovely, attentive and prompt with a response to any request made. The WiFi connection was a bit of a let down at times and there was no safe in the room.

Convenient location with great breakfast service
Conveniently located across the street from Walgreens and close to other stores and the downtown area. More breakfast options than typical: four CLEARLY labeled hot items, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and ready-to-eat fresh waffles.

Hotel property needs some help.
The hotel was a bit of a disappointment. I'll start with the good, the location isn't bad and is in walking distance to a lot of places that you'd like to go and getting an Uber seemed to take no more than 3-5 minutes in even the worst case. The area has some "issues" but the views of the gas station next door were beyond reproach! Noise wasn't an issue, but there were some truly laughable issues related to the size of closets where the doors couldn't be closed if there were clothes in the closet. The cleaning isn't done every day, which can be okay - they come on the 3rd day. But the worst offender is that there was just a single working elevator. When coupled with the fact that they didn't have the room type that I paid for (a corner), the whole experience was just below bar. The staff tried to help and they are a good commendable crew, but honestly things were subpar for the price of the room - not a good value at all.

Seattle Weekend
It is your as expected, standard Hyatt Place. Lots of cruise passengers on Port days. Breakfast had a good selection. elevators were busy/ slow. Good location to stay at to visit the space needle and Pike place, both a few blocks away. Airport is a combination of light rail and bus ride.

Don't go to this location
Not sure what's up with this hotel. The front desk staff are super friendly and the rooms are very clean. However, the furniture is rough/chipped, bedding is super thin, bed is hard, pillows flat, and there's no sound insulation from upstairs rooms or the outside.

Nice location-but somebody from corporate needs to follow the directions for check in and realize how screwed up they ar
Be sure to get very specific info on where to park and how to get to the lobby for check in (hint-you need a room key), as well as how to get to your car after check out (hint-you need a room key)

Great Hyatt location and will stay again
Location works well for night before cruises, although rideshares are a bit pricey. The hotel partners with 3rd party shuttle to get you there, but we didn't make it in time because HUGE backlog of guests trying to leave and one of the elevators was out of service. This caused many guests to haul luggage down flights of stairs etc.. Rooms were nice and large, good tv, internet etc.. nice view and windows.

Wonderful staff and early check in!
Our stay at the Hyatt Place Seattle Downtown was made extra special by Khadijah, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were particularly grateful for the early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after our travels. Our room also had a wonderful view of the Space Needle, which was a lovely bonus and really added to our stay. Khadijah’s warm and helpful approach made a real difference, and we would like to thank her for making our visit so enjoyable and all her advice on what to see and do 🙏🏻

Great location Downtown
The hotel is blocks from the Space Needle and also walkable to Pikes Place Market. The room was clean and comfortable. Walgreens is across the street making it a good option for snacks and bottle water.

A good stay before the cruise
Great place to stay and see the town. Breakfast good. Room Was Clean. Bed was comfy. Shuttle to Cruise $12 per person. They held our luggage for us until we left to board the ship. VERY HELPFUL Next to a city bus stop. Ok part of town in regards to homeless and etc. A few blocks from the Space needle . GREAT STAFF!

Solid choice in good area
The hotel features great 24/7 gym, hot breakfast with different options every day, and the Space Needle view. Staff was super helpful

Great location
Great location for sightseeing around Seattle. Easy to walk to many places as well as catching public transportation. The hotel and our rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Seattle Center, with a lot of restaurant choices nearby, The staff are very friendly and professional. the rooms are well equipped and very clean. Will definitely stay here again when visiting in Seattle.

Overall, a great place to spend the niget.
Great customer service and clean, spacious rooms. Checking in was a breeze. Breakfast could have had more options for vegetarian guests.

Great location, busy when cruises are in town
The location is fantastic and parking is expensive but allows unlimited coming and going. The breakfast buffet was chaos with all the cruise passengers staying there when we were there, but the food was good and better than I'd expected. The elevators can get congested so leave time to take them if you can't use the stairs.

Worst experience staying at HYATT Place Seattle Downtown
Acacia Garcia had no courtesy to even respond to my formal email concern of room cleanliness and the bad experience I had when the toilet in my room was overflowing.

Hyatt Place. Just a little better than a motel.
The hotel had a nice location. The pillows and fold out bed ere awful. The breakfast was not all that great. Staff was friendly. Parking was too expensive.

Would stay again with family
My extended family with 4 kids stayed here in three rooms the night before our cruise. Location was great. Walking distance to the space needle and restaurants. Great bang for your buck. Would stay here again before a cruise or visiting Seattle. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was better than other Hyatt place stays I’ve had in the past.

Highly recommend!
Exceeded my expectations! The room was so spacious for my family of five, definitely bigger than I’d normally expect from a Hyatt place. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We did hear some traffic from the city streets, consider bringing ear plugs. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very busy the day we were there, but the kitchen staff did a great job keeping everything well stocked and clean. Breakfast was above average for a Hyatt place. We’d definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area.

Good breakfast and location
We chose this hotel for the location and the complimentary breakfast. It is within walking distance of the Space Needle and across the street from Walgreens, which is very convenient. The complimentary breakfast is awesome! Tons to choose from and the food staff are so kind. The room was as expected. I wish there was more than 1 washer and 1 dryer as I needed to do multiple loads of wash for my family of 4. Also, I was charged a few hundred dollars at checkout which I shouldn’t have. It was a headache to deal with and I had to go back in person for them to reverse it. The management team is hard to get a hold of, so beware if you have a charge to dispute!
