Just ok
Very clean and staff at check-in very friendly and helpful. Room very nice and bed was comfortable. It was quiet but we were on 6th floor. Breakfast was ok but no one bussing tables so had to clean area to sit. Also no one at front desk in evening so no access to bar or store.

Almost perfect
Overal a great experience and will visit this hotel again in the future when/if I need to stay near sacramento again. Having stayed 11 consecutive days in the hotel, three minor things prevent me from rating my experience shear perfection. After the first couple of days, I could no longer pick up the wifi signal in the hottub/pool area. The hot breakfast selection was not delectable every morning, with sausages served three times a week and bacon once. The blistering 105F heat in Sacramento and my west facing room made my A/C struggle. Even at night the room temperature did not go below 67F. Only once the outside temperature dropped did my room get to my desired sleeping temp of 65F All that said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I do want to give a special shoot out to Taylor who works the front desk. She is accommodating, kind and thoughtful like a true hufflepuff.

Save your money in Roseville and get the same experience or better for way less.
Requested early check in, my hyatt app told me my early check in was available and got to the hotel and was told to wait for 2 additional hours. Also was told there's a fee to check in early (wasn't on the app when I booked the stay) someone could have reached out to confirm all of this detail on phone. But in 2025 we live in a world of AI and computer applications and zero customer service/interaction with humans. Very noisy hotel. So much so that they have signs throughout the elevators and hallways to maintain 9pm-6am quiet hours and to not play doorbell ditch. There's cheaper hotels in Roseville that will save you money for the same or even better experience. The soft pretzel bites at the bar was not a soft pretzel. My best guess was it's a pretzel hamburger bun toasted in oil or fat. It is way over priced at $10 for a hamburger bun, it tasted disgusting and should be removed from the menu immediately. Very subpar hotel for a Hyatt. I will not stay here again on my annual Roseville trip.

Excellent stay
Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious with nice amenities. The Staff was very friendly and we loved the ability to get a Starbucks drink 24/7. Breakfast was pretty amazing with a nice variety of breakfast items to choose from and the staff kept the serving dishes full. The location was so convenient with lots of restaurants nearby and located right around the corner from the Galleria shopping center.

An oasis away from the hubbub of Mall shopping.
After an afternoon of shopping at the nearby Galleria Mall, it was a bonus to drive 1/2 mile to find a quiet, cool place to relax.

Meh...
Not great for water or service. In-room iron was caked with sticky substance. Tried for 10 minutes to clean - to no avail. Tried to contact staff for help - forget about that - they aren't there for that. Had to get dressed without the clothes I was expecting to wear, take the iron down the hall, down the slowest elevator on Earth and to the front desk and wait for the staff to finish serving guests breakfast before they took the iron away for 15 minutes. Returned with the same iron, dripping, and said they were able to clean it.

Concert weekend
In town for a concert. We found the hotel and accommodations great. Lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast has good and clean. I would recommend to others and would stay here again in the future.

Great location in Roseville for a quiet nights sleep
Very happy with how dark/quiet the room was in the evening. We usually have to put a towel under the door to block hallway light. No such issues here. Great fluffy pillows, comfortable bed. Pleased with my choice of staying here.
